Once the electrician was able to install a 50W, 220 connection everything worked fine. Not to big, not to small. We are enjoying it.

Cheap and fast

This is our second hot tub in the last twenty years. Our first hot tub was large, 220v and lots of maintenance. This little hot tub is wonderful. Light weight, only 250 gallons of water and plugs into a regular outlet. Very comfortable, easy to get in and out of. Best thing, if you have a well built porch or deck, you can install this hot tub without reinforcement.

Its ugly but as long as it works - I think the company should throw in a starter kit of chemicals so it would be truly "plug and play." I have to order a bunch of stuff before we can use it

The product arrived timely, but when I added water to it and turned it on it started leaking like crazy. I have reached out to Wayfair and the person said they could order a replacement part if I could identify the part. There are no parts listed in the owners manual. I have reached out to Aquarest and so far no response back. I am very unhappy… over $3000 and cannot get help

We set it up yesterday but it has a major leak. Looks like parts came apart shipping. Waiting to hear from the company to schedule repairs. Glad I purchased the warranty. Other than that we really like the size of it & how easy it was to buy.

I think it's great! It works well and is giving me therapeutic muscle relief! I should have bought it sooner!
