It's a nice product but when I paid for this here was an error with the payment that was used so this still needs to be paid for. I have called and messaged to get this resolved but no luck. I was told I would receive an email within 48 hours and that was last week

Great product. Just as described.

This is the perfect size for 2 people and works great. Because it runs on a regular outlet it does run constantly but if you do not have the option for a 220 outlet then this would be a good option.

So excited!!! Ready to get some therapy done on my husbands back!!! And shoulders!! Came in one day!

I ordered this hot tub today. I did read all the reviews that people have wrote. I called Wayfair, and spoke to a woman by the name of Sandy. She was extremely professional and helpful in answering all my question. Some questions that she did not no the answers too, she found out the correct answer and reported it back to me in a short time. Like most people I don't have the money to buy the big beautiful hot tub with all the bells and whistles, so i looked for something within my budget. So far the experience with Watfair exceeds all my expectations. Now I just can't wait to get the spa to my deck.

The hot tub is fine but recently the tub

The panel to access everything is just screwed in to the plastic and it makes accessing the valve to empty the tank so much harder. The screws came pre-stripped by the manufacturer as well. This part of the design has me seriously questioning every part of its quality.

Product cycles non stop and gets far too hot to use. Buttons dont work half the time. Company sent a new circuit but wont send someone to put it in. Buy the protection plan, youll need it.

Beautiful Hot Tub

It was just delivered and we set it up… so far so good. The delivery men were awesome!!! They both were kind and helpful. Hopefully the spa keeps working but keep those awesome delivery men.

Super happy was missing a small part Wayfair was quick to replace the part. This was the hot tub company’s over sight but they both were on top of it and made it right. Nice little hot tub price was right.

Just right for 2 people and set up was easy.
