This pan was too large for me to use in my cake baking, but it came in handy when I needed a place to cool my 14” cake (which was much too large for my cooling racks). Also makes a handy sorting tray or movable work tray for chores like pulling strings off of green beans.
Finally duds this best pan it’s grate to bake all kinds of pizza pita and cake I’m happy with the product it’s best and easy to clean
