What I like is high temperature range despite being non-stick

Just beautiful. Deep. Wipes right off. Big. Can cook a large family pack of chicken breast and or thighs. I love the grate in it so much I put it in one side of my sink to put dishes on when I’m not using it.

Very disappointed. I took scrupulous care to be gentle with this - mild soap, no abrasives. The anodized surface begin peeling off after the second use and has accelerated since. Not worth the money. Look elsewhere.

Doesn't warp in hot oven

I've broiled steaks and baked fish in this pan, the steaks on the low rack so the juice accumulate in the bottom, and the fish in a casserole with no rack. Fish on bottom, then breadcrumbs and Italian shredded cheese, then precooked veggies zucchini, bell peppers, onions, carrots, peas, and corn, topped with more breadcrumbs and cheese. 15 mins. Perfect. The ONLY thing I don't like about it is there doesn't seem to be a lid available (4* instead of 5* for lack of a lid).

Poor Quality

Used the pan for the first time at Christmas and the coating on the rack came off in 2 places. Poor quality for the price paid.

This pan is amazing. It is replacing a 50 yr. old roaster. Clean up is a breeze. Thanks so much.

Was expecting a better product

Over priced piece of garbage. I had her previous roasting pan for several years. The 2 height rack i a blatant lie it has only one height. Used it once to make a standing rib roast....and the non stick coating peeled right off when I hand washed the rack and pan.

It was a gift purchased off the bridal registry. Product was new and looks great, but it came in a brown shipping box so the presentation was not so nice. This may sound nit picky, but it really should have the come in the Rachel Ray box and then have been packed in the shipping box, especially if someone is purchasing this item as a gift.
