Exceptional quality roasting pan

The non stick roaster is a true kitchen workhorse and has the heft and gravitas to support your heaviest meat dishes from chickens, turkeys, or large beef roasts. Cleanup is easy with the non stick surface but use wooden or silicone tools for making your gravy or stirring in the pan. Handles are robust and tough and fit my hands with oven gloves on. Thick walls, sturdy handles, and bottom can handle nearly anything you throw at it. The rack is also very robust and easy to clean. Very pleased with this purchase
