Poor quality meat rack
The black meat rack flakes… this rack should be made of stainless steel. It flaked after first use.

All Clad Roasting Pan
I guess because of the pan being made of a metal it gets to hot and burned the juices in the bottom of the pan. I have tried several times to bake my chicken, but I went back to my old corning ware. Wish I could return it. I was so excited when I purchased it, I always wanted the All Clad roasting pan.

I returned it because its not big enough. Your advertisement says dimensions 18.54" x 14.41" x 6.34 and when I received it, it was 16" by 13". I noticed the model number was different meaning its not what I ordered. The advertisement # E751S264 was different from the number on the box I received. The clerk looked it up and said it's no longer available, so I returned it.
Does not fit in oven
Pan dimensions provided on the website for the Large roasting pan did not include the handles. It does not fit in my oven, has to go back. Otherwise pan appears to be well made.
The perfect roasting pan
Very happy with this purchase. Handled a 16lbs turkey no problem. Great for roasting bones for stocks or veggies. Also great for roasting multiple chickens. Great addition to the kitchen!
perfect size
Great size. I have needed a smaller roasting pan for just the 2 of us. this one is perfect. Have arthritis and sometimes these pans are so heavy and hard to wash in the sink, this one is perfect and cleans like a dream!

The pan is a good size for various roasts. Heating is very even. I am very pleased with it.

Nice cook ware
We bought this to roast a goose. After promising to cook the goose couldn't find our roasting pan so in panic.....needed a pan with 24 hours. William Sonoma had several to pick-up in store. Was guided through all the different pans and settled on this one. It worked very well and dinner was saved.
Great pan after 1st use
We use this to roast a prime rib shortly after we received it for Easter dinner. The pan worked great making a gravy in the pan was simple and clean up was easy. My only concern is I think that the rack sits a little too low, so when doing a long roast of a turkey, or something that tends to create more juice it might not have enough clearance.
