Right now I am only giving 4 stars because I have not used it yet. It is gorgeous, sturdy and substantial; and it looks like it will hold up for years. Time will tell.

Multiclad Pro Roasting Pan

I didn't have a true roasting pan. Saw the reviews on America's Test Kitchen, and they were spot on. Nice pan...good amount of room. Worked like a charm and was easy to clean. Definitely happy with my purchase!

Perfect Roaster for Everyday Use

This pan is wonderful for roasting. It’s not very high so it can go on the bottom of the oven without removing a rack. Leaves plenty of room to cook sides. Just love it!

Pitting with 1st use of roasting pan

Sturdy pan but pitted with first use. Not sure why; roasted turkey (placed on bed of veggies, not rack), rinsed pan and placed in dishwasher. Maybe it really isn't dishwasher safe? Cuisinart did send replacement but I'm a little nervous to use it.

Absolutely Terrific Turkey!

The sturdiness was the first thing I noticed, and very much appreciated while I was moving the turkey in and out of the oven. The included rack was so great for removing the turkey to rest and then I used the pan on the stovetop to make gravy with the drippings. It worked so well! Love love love it!

Worth every penny!

Love this pan; love the whole line of multiclad pro! I recently converted to induction so my old aluminum pots no longer worked, including the battered roaster my grandmother and mother both used for the Thanksgiving turkey. To Cuisinart’s credit, they got the multiclad roaster to me two days after I ordered it—the week before Thanksgiving! It is an elegant piece of equipment, works beautifully, and cleans up easily. My only gripe is that the handles are so high I cannot use three racks in my oven. But they do make it easy to move a 16 pound turkey in and out of the oven. Worth every penny!

Quality Roaster - Induction Compatible

This roaster is high quality and roasts great with or without the rack. Cleanup of both is easy. Also works well on my induction cooktop for making gravy. Definitely a great purchase.

This is advertised as being induction compatible BUT THAT IS NOT TRUE. DO NOT BUY.

Great roasting pan

I couldn't be happier with this roasting pan. Just made a pork shoulder roast last night and cleanup was so easy. This is by far the best roaster I've ever used. I would highly recommend.

FUNCTIONAL, sturdy, attractive!

I appreciate, and use(!), fine cookware, that's why I chose this Cuisinart tri-ply stainless steel roasting pan. Importantly, it fits in my traditional home oven. Roasts of all sizes, poultry too. And I can finish sauces, gravies, etc. on the stovetop. And, it's attractive enough that I can "serve" from it as well. NO non-stick for me! This is easy enough to clean.

Quality product at an excellent price. Loved the all stainless construction and cleans up well with little or no effort.

Outstanding Cookware

I found this a great addition to my kitchen. Worked great with roast. It cleans just like the directions advised. With hardly any effort.

Works well for any company dinner main dish prep. Beautiful piece of cookware so table top serve-worthy. Cleans up like a dream.

Cuisinart 16" Stainless Roasting Pan

The new Cuisinart Roasting Pan is replacing my old pan largely because the old pan was non-stick coated and I'm ridding my home of all things PFAS related. New pan is an excellent design and build quality. I'm very happy with my purchase

Good pan, twisted rack.

Quality of materials and finish is excellent. Quality of manufacturing is good with the pan, disappointing with the rack. The rack arrived undamaged, but twisted. It is out of true alignment by about one-quarter of an inch. This causes it to roll back and forth on any level surface. There was no sign of any damage to the packaging from shipping, so I am led to believe this to be poor quality control in manufacturing. This should not occur with merchandise of this price level. I called customer service to report the issue. The person was friendly and understanding. But it has been several weeks, and nobody has followed up on my complaint and request for a replacement rack. I have purchased several Cuisinart products in the past. All of the others arrived in good condition and have worked perfectly. Other than lack of customer service, I would recommend Cuisinart products as well made and of good value.
