Was expecting better but still good.

It’s not as thick as metal as i was expecting but surprisingly it hasn’t warped. Kind of wish i had bought the one with the lid though. If it gets messed up just hit it with bar keeps friend and drop in the dishwasher.

I love this stainless steel Pan, Nothing sticks to it especially once you allow it to soak for a few and quickly wash off. Love how my meals turn out and love the rack also included holds juices on meats and your meats do not burn. Great buy. Always use caution when handling with tools as it can easily scratch. I use rubber tools.

What An Amazing Roasting Pan!

This roasting pan was a Christmas gift from our son. I made my first chuck roast and veggies in it a week later and was over the moon with this pan. The roast was perfect, the veggies had room to spread out, and the cleanup....the cleanup was extraordinary. Truly, after roasting a piece of meat which always leaves burnt on brown residue along the sides of the pan, I simply "wiped them out" with a dishcloth! I soaked the pan for about 5 minutes in hot sudsy water, then just wiped away all residue, leaving the pan looking shiny and new again. I love it! Best ever!

Lasagna Love out of this Pan

I had this pan and used for my lasagna last year. I bought one this year for someone that saw it and loved it. The size is the absolute best and the clean up is a breeze. It says dishwasher safe but I do my own dishes. I love stainless steel cooking items.

Pretty good pan but don't heat it too high

I used the pan to roast my small turkey which fit perfectly; the pan is safe to 500 degrees according to one Q&A - for my recipe I heated it to 500 on top of baking stones before putting in the turkey, then turned the heat down for the remainder of the roasting. The turkey came out great but the pan bottom is warped permanently. I suppose it will work just fine for whatever I need, but this is still disappointing. If that hadn’t happened it would be an easy 5 stars for value. I love that it has a curled rim for pouring pan juices out, and that the handles are angled outward so you can put things in a hot pan without fear of accidentally touching a hot handle.

Great quality, perfect roast chicken

Awesome value, the roasting rack made my roast chicken brown and crispy all around and this will be a great all around pan for cooking all sorts of things. I love that it’s not huge like other roasting pans but fits a pretty large chicken or pork shoulder, etc.

Nice, shiny heavy stainless steel. What's not to like? Perfect size for a lasagna or a baked ham. The rack is made of heavy stainless as well and would support a large goose, although the pan is not quite big enough for that. I got tired of nonstick coatings coming off into my food. Who wants that?! I have complete confidence that this pan will outlast me.

Lasagna pan is worth it…

This is high quality product! I was amazed at high well this pan was made. The material was first class and it is heavyweight. The only negative is the price…it is expensive but I always say…”you get what you pay for”. And although this pan is costly, this appears to be first class. I highly recommend this pan.

One of our favorite pans! Excellent performance

Fantastic pan. Easy to clean. Nice, substantial stainless steel. We roast vegetables or small roasts in it. We also have the larger version of this pan. Sometimes both are in the oven cooking at the same time.

good buy

I haven't used it yet, however I can say that the construction is excellent quality. The finish is as gleaming as the photo. I like the stainless steel rack (not chrome plated) which has thicker wires than my previous racks and covers the base well--no wide gaps between rack and pan sides. The edges are cut, not rolled as would be in more expensive models, but for $39.99 who cares?

This is a great pan; perfect proportions, sturdy handles, and a mirror polished finish. Most "lasagna" pans aren't long enough for the pasta; this one's perfect. Add a light coat of olive oil, assemble your ingredients, and into the oven it goes. Perfect.

Great pan, just don't use sharp metal utensils

I thought I was going to replace a ceramic pan that had cracked, After seeing this pan online and reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. It's sized much better than my old pan, with straight sides and nice handles for lifting in and out of the oven. It has a good weight, but not too heavy.

It is a well-made, attractive pan. It comes in handy for roasts and chicken without being too bulky. Personally, I would have liked it to be about an 1/2-inch to 1-inch deeper for lasagna. I like to make a thick lasagna. The cooking interior is 14" x 10" x 2 1.2" deep. The pan I had that this replaced was 15 x 11 x 3 and that was perfect size. So, other than my lasagna, it is great for all other purposes, and the construction is much better than the pan it replaced which chipped, dented and burned. Also, cleans easily and has metal rack. For oven dimension the full size, including handles, is 17 3/4" x 10 1/2" x 2 3/4"

Family sized lasagna & great for roasting

My main reason for buying this pan was for roasting meats and poultry in my new European Convection oven. I have several friends who have convection ovens, but say the never use the convection setting. I was determined to learn how to use it, and have been very happy with the results of both convection bake and convection roast settings. This pan is perfect for a large roast, ham, or whole chickens. It is big enough for two roasting chickens. The handles are a great feature. Cleans up great with Bar Keepers Friend.
