Cleaning is a breeze

Roasting pan has a very nice heft, clean up was a breeze, both the wire rack which we put in the dishwasher, and pan itself so easy even with baked on drippings of the turkey. Highly recommend!

Loving this beautiful roasting pan!

I chose this pan before deciding to spatchcock my Thanksgiving Turkey. I was a little concerned my 17 lb bird wouldn’t fit, but it did perfectly! I think it was my best Turkey ever. I’m thrilled with this Caraway roasting pan and highly recommend it.

Meh!

The roasting pan is attractive. Yet, it is delicate and scratches easily. It is much smaller than my previous Calphalon pan. What happens when it scratches? What metal is exposed (steel, aluminum)? I wonder how much safer this product is compared to stainless steel or cast iron. I probably will not buy any other products from Caraway.

Wow what a beautiful addition to my kitchen

Gorgeous, even more so than advertised! The deep blue complements my mixer. It is larger and heavier than I expected but just perfect for roasts, turkey or ham. And the rack?, Never have I had such a heavy duty rack. PERFECT for holiday and celebration meals. It was packaged well, arrived soon after ordering, looks better than advertised , is a dream to use, cleans up easily, now I just need to get the other pieces!!!!

Right weight

The pan is a good, substantial weight without it being like some brands (that I struggle to lift). It heats evenly and has been relatively easy to clean—it hasn’t been left with traces of brown that I can’t get off. Got it in yellow. Looks great.
