[Rewarded Review] Not as expected

This pan was very disappointing. For suppose to be stainless steel. It didnt want to clean like regular stainless. It was a mess. I returned it. It was very light and cheap.

I needed a new roasting pan and purchased this one to cook a crown roast on New Year's Eve. I've only used it the one time so far, but it worked great. Seems to be a good quality pan, made well, nice weight, and the rack has a convenient notch-out for basting. Cleaned up easily after use as well.

I found this very lightweight except for the handles. Good value for the price maybe, but expected more.

I love my Tramontina cookware! However, please be aware that the pan’s interior only measures 15”, not 16.94”, which includes the handles.

I recently purchased this roasting pan for the size and the fact that it came with a rack. It appears to be of very high quality. I have yet to use it but plan to for my prime rib roast for Christmas. Can’t wait. I will post an updated review once I have used it.

A perfect baking tray !

Very nice baking tray ! Great for baking or broiling , clearly food quality material .

Convenient size and easy to wash.

The size is great for whole chickens or beef roasts. It is sturdy, but not too heavy. It is easy to clean, even in the dishwasher. The rack is strong enough and easy to remove from the pan. It's made in Brazil. It still looks new after lots of use.

Perfect pan

Purchased this for my daughter's at Christmas. She loves it. She says it's just the right size for 2 people. Cleans easily and just all around a great pan.

Love this roasting pan. Made roasted veggies for Thanksgiving, good heat coverage across the pan, easy to lift with those leveraged handles. I then made Cornish Hens for Christmas, they cooked beautifully, got a nice sear on the bottom. No warping from the high heat so it’s a win.

 Wonderful roasting pan! Large enough for me to spatchcock a 22 pound turkey, with room to spare. Love the handles, the pan is very sturdy

The OUTSIDE dimensions of the handles on this product are 18.5”. The actual interior of the roasting pan is a lackluster 15.5”. I was clearly duped into believing this product was 3” larger than it actually is

We were very disappointed that the roasting pan did not come with the nut crusted lamb shanks with root vegetables. Other than that, it performs wonderfully. Love the fact that it goes into the dishwasher!

Pan can not take 500 degrees! It will warp!

I just cooked a prime rib in this pan. Directions were for 500 degrees for 5 minutes, per pound. It was a 7LB roast (35 minutes) It warped the pan! So disappointed!

Size - check carefully

I ordered the 15" size of this same pan (now sold out). When it was received, the size dimensions were much smaller than the description. I am guessing that the size includes the handles. The pan came nowhere near 4" deep, unless you include the handles. Just FYI for those contemplating other sizes of this pan. The quality is good, however, it was just the size that didn't work for me.

I love this roasting pan & would buy a 2nd of the same if the price had not risen to much. Last October I bought it here for $42.50. I make various herbal teas almost daily & use this pan to cool the tea before pouring it into a container for the fridge. It is so thick that it isn't going to warp, has a great sheen to it so that it cleans up easily, & is so well made. It is well balanced & the handles are well placed, large & comfortable, so that when I pick it up to pour the tisane (3 quarts) out, there is never a chance of spilling any. I don't have any joint or bone issues, but my hands are easily hurt by handles that aren't extra smooth. These handles are perfect. The edges of the pan are perfect also, allowing for pouring without any spills or dripping. It is kept in a visible place in an open pantry, so it's beauty is important to me. It actually looks classy. This review is being written after using it constantly for 8 months & it looks brand new. (I hand wash since it only had tea in it, but some teas are vivid red or very dark brown, yet there are never any stains no matter how long the teas are left in the pan.

Awesome large roasting pan! Big enough for 2 chickens! Very sturdy. Large handles that do not fold down so you dont have to fish for them and they're big enough to truly grab onto and get a secure grip! Its a big pan and you'll have to make room for it but its worth it!
