Works great, heavy trash drawer.

Works well and would purchase again. As with most of these products, the residual grease on the pieces makes it a little difficult to handle, but nothing major. I do personally wish the screw provided were longer (using on 3/4" plywood for my project).

Not as soft close (they are a bit “sticky” in the operation) as some from another brand that I’ve used but still good qualityprice ratio.

They are a little hard to pull out and you have to give an extra push to get it to close. I thought it might be just one of the drawers but it is like this on all of them.

ive sent these slide back at the beginning of may, its been 4 weeks and I have still not received my refund, ive called Mayfair and spoke with representatives on 4 occasion, each of them promised to call back with management and refund transaction info, but no-one ever calls, buyer beware with Mayfair professional, terrible service, and im still out 500 bucks for shopping with them. worst service ever.

The glide did not move well because of the thick grease. The soft close feature did not work well on a heavier drawer because of the thick grease and weak springs.

Incorrect slides were originally received but the problem was quickly rectified. The slides were easy to install and performed well

I started installing the drawer slides and they do not roll very good. I have done 4 out of the 20 and I have stopped because I am not happy with the end result. It should be two fingers to close with the ball bearings but you have to use two hands and to open you need to give a strong pull. Not sure what to do next. They need 1/2 “ clearance on both sides and that is exactly what I have. The soft closing is good but you have to push it hard to get to that point. Have stopped installing :(
