Horrible customer service

Make sure you order the right kind of sliders for the drawers that you have. Because they do not take back returns or should I say they charge you a restocking fee and you have to pay for the shipping. Which cost more to send back then you actually pay for the price of the Item. Stay away from the horrible customer service.

Great drawer slides!

Slide were super easy to install, even for an amatuer. Slides work very well and are very durable. If I had a con, it would be the package of screws that came with the slides; way to short for supporting the rated pounds of the slides. I ended up buying 5/8s screws to install the drawer slides.

As described, best value I could find. Make sure you get the brackets if you have face-frame cabinets. Work best with your favorite installation jig.
