Poor base design

The metal base is not rectangular that matches the mop itself, it is a smaller trapezoid which leaves plenty of room on the sides when mop is attached. The Velcro does not adhere very well when the mop is wet, plus this weird design, it is difficult to work with this thing. The assembly instruction was not clear, faster to use my own brain to figure out how than reading it. It does not specify the orientation of the locks.

Use it for wet and dry

Dry mop with the fluffy head then wet mop for a quick clean floor. I do this between deep moppings. Floors dry clean and quick.

Great Mop!!!

This is the BEST flat mop I’ve ever bought and owned. I clean my floors, walls and my shower with is. It’s great for wet and dry cleaning. I love the telescopic handle, it’s great for tall people like myself. It’s made of great durable and rugged materials that will hold up over time. It comes highly recommended by me and you won’t be disappointed in your first purchase should you get one for yourself.

I have had my Microfiber Mop for 8 years and love it. I love it so much I am giving this system to my Sister-in -Law for her new house. I am also giving the same system to a nephew and his new wife for their new home. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the Microfiber Mop System. I've only used the mop a few times, but I am definitely pleased with the product.

The micro fiber dust mop is much better than sweeping the vinyl kitchen floor with a bristle broom. The fiber mop keeps any dust and dirt contained, easily reaches all tight corners and goes under the fridge around exposed sides gathering any dust bunnies. The mop handle adjusts in length to provide comfort for all . We haven't tried the wet mop yet but we are impressed how easily both the duster and wet mop attach almost hands free to the handle assembly with stitched in and riveted Velcro strips.

When the mop arrived I was excited. I just had to use it right away. I swept and damp mopped the kitchen and the bathroom floors. Did a great job! I am loving it. I sweep and damp mop every day with it now. Never thought I would be this excited about cleaning. Before getting this my floors were lucky to get swept and mopped once a week and it felt like such a chore. This is my first experience with a microfiber product. Now I am hooked on microfiber.

Can I say I LOVE this mop?? Before I bought this I had a two-sided built in spray type and I didn't like it. The tiny velcro pieces fell off and it was too tall to fit under the lip of my oven/fridge/etc. This is SO MUCH BETTER. It catches everything, the handle swivels around and is height-adjustable. After I swept and mopped my whole kitchen, I went and scrubbed some spots on the ceiling of my living room that had been bothering me for forever! Presto they were gone. I can get the kids' chocolatey and greasy fingerprints off the walls in seconds too with only some warm water. Buy an extra dry mop head and and a couple scrubber wet mop heads so you'll never be without them when one's in the laundry. I just store the extras under my kitchen sink! Magnifico!

am very pleased with this product. tried a bona kit but the handle dint work right out of the box. since installing laminate i have been trying products to make my cleaning easier. this kit did the trick will recommend it to my friends.

I love the dust mop, it picks up the dog hair great. The wet mop is also very good. They both wash up great. It is also great the way they velcour with the mop head.
