Wow, I am very impressed with the quality of this product….fire bowl in the back yard, at the park , on the beach or wherever my hearts desire ! Super easy set up, light weight, and well made with quality materials! Colour me impressed!!! The deluxe model doesn’t have a starter….but those things wear out & inevitably you’ll end up starting it by hand anyhow ….i invested in a long telescopic neck butane torch lighter, so we can light it with some distance & it works fantastic!!! I bought it for open box price of $100 , I would still fully recommend it at full or regular sale price! Happy gatherings!! :)

Great portable fire pit.Heat output is very good. Very satisfied with quality of product and love using it while enjoying the evenings.

Very simple set-up and hook-up.Durable, yet lightweight.Provides nice campfire heat where standard fires may not be permitted or achievable.We use it with our camp trailer and it packs well.I chose the 24 for size of pit, but would have preferred the optional metal cover available with the 19 version.

I ordered this when the city completely banned outdoor wood fires for short term rentals.It is well made and has been easy for renters to operate.Very satisfied.

The problem wasnt with the workings but with the packaging. When I opened it up, the directions stated 2 bags with mid-size rocks, 1 bad of large rocks and two bags of rocks as spares labeled Spare Rocks. I had the two bags labeled mid-size. But then there were three bags labeled large rocks. And there was one bag of spare rocks. More confusing was that the bags with mid-sized rocks were actually bigger than the bags with large sized rocks.
