They roll great easy to install.3 weeks

Wheel skid sideways instead of rotating on shaft to new direction.
When changing direction of chair movement, a wheel will lock and skid sideways, instead of rotating to the new direction of travel. The wheel that skids sideways, is whichever one is 90 degrees to new direction of travel. I weigh over 225 lbs, but package says, "Heavy Duty and rated for up to 360 lbs". I tried putting some oil on shaft, without improvement. Tearing up wood floor.
