Outstanding customer service

About eight months after installation, I discovered that one of the two brass screws in the valve unit had cracked and begun to leak. I took a photo of the broken screw and sent it to the manufacturer. They responded immediately and offered to send me a replacement.

Start leaking within 6months

Very disappointed that Home Depot have a product this low quality $225 and done in 6 months start leaking and corrosion around the transfer valve the hand held screw is already gave up can not tighten so keep falling and now I have to find something similar in design so I can save the tiles from punching new holes or replacing spend 25g on shower and need repairs again with in 6months 😡

Waiting on the plumber to come install my new shower but I am so impressed with this product even though I am just opening the package for now (I'll update once installed). The finish is BEAUTIFUL and the packaging is so well done. Everything is packed securely so nothing is scratched, and it even comes with literal white gloves to help you install without smudges. The built in level is a nice touch for installation as well. VERY impressed.

[Rewarded Review] Very nice upgrade to the shower

This is a quality shower set and well worth the time and effort required for installation. I found some bits of the installation challenging, however, and some are worthy of note. Unlike shower controls with round bezels, the rectangular bezel means that one must install the control unit perfectly plumb. Interestingly, the unit comes with a detachable circular level, though I wasn't able to use it because of the way I installed it. The fittings are of heavy solid brass and the manufacturer didn't cut any corners. They even included a pair of white gloves, which might fit hands half the size of mine, as well as a couple of Allen wrenches and a generous roll of tape, comparable to Teflon. The inlets and outlets are all 1/2" FIP, so fittings are readily available. Finally, I recommend reading the instructions that accompany the product. It's not that they're necessarily helpful for installation, but the English renderings are rather entertaining.
