Second one/ both broke within the year

I have had 2 of these air fryers. Bothe completly stopped turning on. I had to beg for the first replacement. We figured we got a lemon. Well, it happened again. The same exact thing. Spoke with people in the live chat and they can't help either. I asked if the products are supposed to last more than a year and the person basically said no. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Buy a Ninja or another product line!!!!

7.25qt Brio

I bought this air fryer a year ago thinking it was big enough for 2 people. It is not unless you cook in batches which defeats the purpose for me. However, I do love my Brio 7.25 at air fryer. The only downside is there is no basket for it and things do tend to fall down onto the air circulation riser. Perfect for 1 person

The ultra snack machine

I bought this item last year and it’s been good to me. Lately it’s been alerting me that the door is open although it’s closed, I don’t know why. I think that after so long it gets kind of worn out. I’m planning to buy a newer air fryer with a glass door… I’m in assumption that after so many uses, the plastic may begin to melt therefore causing the door sensor to not be as affective. I use my air fryer just about everyday, especially on fried chicken days.. I enjoy not using oil and the less mess to clean. I wish there was a better way to clean them such as, pour water and letting it boil the residue out. I would recommend this specific item to children, teenagers and college kids. An all time cook wouldn’t be able to use this item all the time. And the pricing is equivalent to the performance…

Great for cooking food but the timer never works

Great for cooking food but the timer never works. I would give it five stars if it didn’t always stay on preheat. And since it’s always saying preheating, the timer is useless. It never counts down. So I had to set my own timer while it’s cooking. But it does cook, and the rotisserie function is nice.

Prepper's Must Have Appliances!!!

I've owned NuWave cookers for 2 decades or so. I've had 2 original ovens and then got the Brio Grill, which I love! I now have the 6QT air-fryer, well that is a game changer. It cooks everything so well and quickly! It's super easy to program, use and clean! It's as EZ as 'ABC123'!

Love this Air Fryer

This is my first Air Fryer and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! It is so easy to use and to clean. I comes with 100 pre-programmed items. It does have a few recipes in the manual but I wish it had more. I just printed some recipes from their website. This air fryer has changed my life in the three weeks I have had it.

Best air fryer oven ever!

I have had my Brio 15 at for a year now and use it for everything. I love it so much, I bought one for my DIL for Christmas because she liked mine. My husband loves my chicken wings, and I now only use my regular oven for big things like 9x12 pans and large pizzas. It makes a perfect med rare steak , pork roast, fish, etc. I even made a pan of brownies last night. The best thing is I can make steak, tater tots and veggies all at once. Highly recommend. Yes it is bulky, but it is so easy to clean and the outside does not get as hot as my old air dryer, which burned my countertop. Only downside is I bought mine at a big box store and didnt get the accessory kit that includes the grill pan, and it is not available to order separately. So if you want the accessories, order through nuwave.

Good Warranty Service

My 6Qt Brio quit working after 10 months. They did send me a new unit without much of a hassle. Very impressive.

I really need information/recipes/additional cookware for my Brio. I never seem to see anything about the 15.5 Qt. Please let me know. I would have rated a 5 otherwise

There's only one problem!

We love our Brio 14q air fryer. We use it several times a day, for nearly everything. It's just great! My problem is I woke to find the temperature set on Celsius. Don't know how it got that way and don't know how to fix it. I've read every word of your materials and apparently submitting a review is the only way I can contact you. Please help me so I can go back to cooking again without guessing at the temperature!

Long time Nuwave user

I am very happy with the air fryer, I bought it at a local store and did not get accessories. I love that you can change wattage and temperature. I use it almost daily, from fries to meatloaf. The only complaints I have is the writing (on/ off, reheat, arrows, etc) on the top washed off with just wiping with water so it is difficult to use, now it is starting to shut itself down and restart itself, I think this is from vibration. I did try to contact the company via email and never received any response.

Cooking with Easy Breezy Brio!

Much regrets not using my house warming gift from 2020 until recently May 2021 after watching several YouTubers videos-now I use my 3Qt Brio weekly: it's the right size for my small portion cooking style and my food comes out tender! crispy! and completely done! I love it!

Almost perfect, except...

I own several of NuWave's products, including two PICs, their Bravo Air convection oven, their infrared oven, cookware & utensils, their 6-quart Brio and multiple 3-quart Brios. Generally, All of them are well-made and perform as designed. I use one (sometimes two) of these almost every day.
