I like the pan a lot, and have other pans the same brand. The only thing I'm not crazy about is that the handle doesn't feel sturdy enough to lift the weight of the pan, even empty, by itself. It has a second handle which makes it easier to lift. Otherwise, I really like the pan and will use it often.

Greatest Cookware Ever!

I bought Farberware Cookware over 38 years ago. I moved and gave them to my daughter who, with 5 siblings, grew up eating from them. She is absolutely happy to be cooking in them now. Thats why I had to buy the 6qt pot and the 4.5 Saute Fry Pan. I used it yesterday and felt at home again. It did not fail me. I only wish I could get the 10 inch Saute Fry Pan since it is only me and my husband now.

Love the pan-packaging was horrible!

Love the pan but the packaging was the worst I have ever seen. There was no box just the pan in a ripped bag with the handle sticking out and exposed. The bag was taped around the handle.

Best Sauté Pan

I really like this 12" 4.5 Qt sauté pan, I have made rice almost every day since I got it, a month ago. Farberware has never Fail on my opinion. They deliver the best quality anybody can ask, healthy, clean, great induction on heat. I highly recommend this product.

BIG Beautiful Pan

I had been looking for a replacement for some time. I clearly over estimated the size of the original, this dwarfs my old pan. Happy accident for sure, now I can prepare an entire meal in one shot and it looks fantastic with my collection.

Great Pan, TERRIBLE Handle Connection Design

I have had this pan 5 years; I bought an entire set of Farberware as I had heard it was quality cookware. I love the heavy stainless steel, it cooks evenly and is a great pan for large meals - but notice the handle. Mine broke after 5 years and revealed the handle is only held by a screw the separation between the handle chrome (which is only decorative) and the metal of the pan is held together by the screw. When it loosens, the handle is compromised on such a heavy pan it breaks. Manufacturer should have made a metal surround on the pan to give the handle support. The pan weighs almost 6 lbs. and one screw is not enough support.

Timeless cookware.

I have farberware pots and pans for 50 yrs. They are still looking great and cooking great. These are the only pans I put in my dishwasher and they clean beautifully. Sparkling and spotless. I have loved these pans. I have very expensive pans that don't come close to Farberware. They cook consistently every time and I cook all the time. I have a ceramic cooktop and they perform wonderfully. I have never been disappointed.
