It's my new favorite pan!!! I use it daily ans for everything. Nothing sticks I mean nothing and it's sooo easy to clean. The lid make it's it safer to use with kids around and helps lock the heat in.

This pan is well made and felt high quality when I initially took it out of the box. It heats up well and does distribute heat evenly. It’s also incredibly easy to clean up and doesn’t require abrasive scrubbing. Would absolutely consider buying more pans to cook with!

The skillet is very large, you can definitely cook anything in it. It is heavy so it won’t slide around on your stovetop. The lid fits well and I like that it’s stainless instead of glass. Both skillet and lid were easy to clean. I think because of its size it’s a super versatile piece to have.

A fantastic nonstick pan. I’m glad it doesn’t have the cancer causing chemicals as we had to get rid of our old nonstick pans because of that. Now I can cook eggs again without it getting stuck to the pan.

I’ve never had a high-end pan like this so I am only able to compare its capabilities to cheap nonstick pots and pans. But wow, what an upgrade. Food cooks evenly and slides right off the ceramic coating. Easy to clean with soap and water. I hope to eventually buy a full set of Alva cookware.

I already have a lot of non-stick pans at home, but after using them for a while, the non-stick coating is no longer effective. So I'm looking for a better product that can last longer. And then I got Nonstick skillet with Lid from Ava and Influenster. Thank you Influenster and Ava for giving me the chance to try it. The product is carefully packaged and well protected during transportation. The first thing I felt when I picked it up was that it was a bit heavy, and the lid was made of shiny steel that you could see your reflection in. With a capacity of 9.5 inches, it's a bit small because I have to cook for 5 people in my family. i have started using it to cook fried fish because my son loves it and i have to cook it for him almost every week. I did add a little oil but not much, and I felt like it was almost unnecessary because the fish was cooked evenly and didn't stick, and the pan had a handle that was very convenient to hold and stir food. And when frying food, it doesn't get too much oil but still cooks evenly on both sides. And especially it is very easy to clean, you don't need to spend too much time cleaning it, but to preserve the non-stick layer longer, I recommend that you only use non-metallic materials because the layer Non-stick will not scratch and can be used longer. It can still be used on different types of stoves and can be placed in the oven, as well as dishwashers. With the lid it can help me cook better. 100% non-toxic materials help me and my family feel secure in cooking as well as protect our health. I really love it because of the convenience, efficiency, and certainty it brings.

I am truly loving this non stick skillet ! Even beyond multiple uses, it still looks brand new. The skillet easily heats up and cools down in no time. I am pleased to have this in kitchen.

Easy to Use! Husband Loves It!

Straighter sides keep food in, cleans up in a snap, easy to cook with, husband loves to cook with it and now reaches for the Alva Maestro 11” more often than the old pans. By the way, if you are confused about pan sizes for the Alba on Macy’s website, as of this writing in July 2024, Macy’s had a content glitch and had the sizes wrong where the product title doesn’t match the cart description. It didn’t impact my order and I received a beautifully shipped pan in the size I wanted. The pan actually measures about 11.5”, so it is nice and roomy. I chose to order it from Macy’s because I know the shipping and box will remain intact with a pristine product arriving at my door. Other companies sometimes send me a bashed-up box with peeling tape and damaged product, which is what the competing review of this product said from those “River folk”. This was a Father’s Day gift so I wanted to ensure good packaging, and it arrived from Macy’s in a big, sturdy, old-fashioned box - perfect.

The nonstick surface works very well. It also seems to heat up quickly and evenly. I cooked spaghetti in this skillet and it did not stick at all! It is also very easy to clean. I like that the handles are large and easy to hold. The lid fits perfectly and has a very sleek design.

This skillet has quickly become my kitchen favorite. It is very well made and looks so good. I appreciate that it is non-toxic, oven-safe, and dishwasher-friendly. The stainless steel handle feels sturdy, and the 9.5-inch size accommodates family meals. Heat distribution is even and the non-stick surface works well, which makes cleanup easy. The skillet has a nice weight to it and its flat base works well with my induction cooktop.

This is a great skillet, non-stick do not have to add any spray. Cooks very evenly, no sticking at all during cooking, food slides around with ease. This is my new favorite skillet to cook out of.

I wanted to show the depth of the pan for one, I love cooking it not having to worry about spilling . The cover, fits on top perfectly and no need to prop it to let steam out, it has a steam hole! It's non stuck as well, so many good qualities, it just feels like a restaurant pan, high class, fancy chef type of stuff. Only reason for four stars is that it's expensive, I can understand why though, it's excellent!

This skillet is so chic and easy to use! I really love the steaming lid and how easy it is to clean. The only thing I would change is that I would like a bigger size.
