the pan is excellent for frying foods but is HEAVY....Don't want to drop it

Quality Product. I'm slowly replacing my nonstick cookware with enameled cast iron, due to health reasons. These enambled cast iron cook beautifully and easy cleanup.. Nice even heat. I've tried Le Crueset brand and others. The Crockpot brand seems just as good as the rest.

After being used two times, followed by hand washing, the porcelain coating on he inside of the lid has chipped away on one of the ‘nubs.’

Looks great, cooks well! Handle can get hot, use a cover or pot holder!

I love enameled cast iron cookware. It’s heavy, cooks evenly and looks so pretty. This one is quite large for a sauce pan. Love the dual handles. It can fit 4 standard size burger patties with a little room to spare and is great for sauces and soup too. Easy to clean and any darkened spots are easily removed with a little baking soda and dish soap. I always hand wash. Let a little oil or butter heat up first before adding food so help prevent sticking but even when it does stick easily cleans.

Awesome cook ware and super fast delivery the only thing I’m not super pleased with is the enamel has some spots where it has chipped on in small parts on the handle I assume this will continue over time abs get worse

I wrote because the item was poorly packaged, moving al around in the box, partially unwrapped and the handle has a chip. I sent a picture and was offered 20% refund and I wrote back requesting 30% refund if I were to keep the item....an email was sent to my spam which I just found today saying they refunded me 12.24 which is not what I agreed to. ......I feel like I have to keep this now and if I do I feel that a 30% refund would be more appropriate. .....~Rose Marie
