Very nice love it

Perfect for my needs that include using a metal whisk because of rounded bottom. I have trusted and used Cuisinart cookware and have always had great success with them. I use an induction stovetop and this pan is ideal. Although it is now my go to saucier, I appreciate that it is a little light in weight but quite capable.

It was too quick to burn and get residue on it. I should have known buying a cheaper cuisinart, or a cheaper anything...... skimping on the price of cookware always just leaves me with terrible looking pans! Unhappy with this purchase and definitely woud never recommend this to anyone!
