All I can say is we love it. It is all we had hoped for when we ordered it and are pleased that we did.

I don't like the fact that the door doesn't have a hinge on it. My guess is, it's going to get chipped up very easy from getting dropped all the time. It doesn't fit very tight to begin with

Super heavy duty. I really like this fire pit and I think it’s perfect for roasting marshmallows or for hanging out around with family. My only comment is that it does leave residue/staining on the brick it was set on top of but I think that’s about what you’d expect from a gas fire pit. Other than that I would highly recommend to any family looking for a great working high quality fire pit. I love this fire pit and it will be loved for many years to come!

This home outdoor square slate Rock propane gas fire pit is something that I really want to love. I just feel like it will easily chip it feels very cheaply made. Now It is pretty yes but it's not going to last I can tell. If we were talking about a $150 fire pit I would probably give it four or five stars but we're talking about a $400 fire pitch it should be immaculate. It is big and nice but once it starts chipping it won't look nice out of my back porch it will look trashy. I am excited to roast some marshmallows on it it comes with a replaceable knob and it also comes with paint that you can patch up scratches. It also comes with a cover which I thought was awesome. Of course it comes with a directions book.

I’m just gonna start with the “negative” which is that this was so heavy for me to move lol, but that also is good cause the materials are sturdy and good quality, it was really easy to instal and use, it looks elegant and beautiful it was the perfect addition to my back yard, do now I can’t wait until s’more season is on.

Started have large cracks

I purchase 2 of these fire pits only use a hand full of times in 2 years, Now one of them has large cracks from top to bottom not happy poor craftsman ship.

heavy, looks attractive, has ugly cover with warning not to use with cover on?? wish it had a solid lid to maybe use a table, ect.. and back door to unit needs to be more secure, my falls out easily and chipped,, It was well packed, easily starts, but be warned, will not heat up a outdoor place,, you have to be immediately next to it to feel heat, but it for looks.only

Love this fire pit! A neighbor had a similar one that was discontinued, so I was so excited to find this one. The faux stone siding is the perfect “fireplace” look for my patio. Hooked it up and immediately felt the warmth. Can’t wait for outdoor fall, winter and cool spring events on the patio.

I dont really know how to rate this product. When we unpacked it there were several breaks,chips and chunks missing. I do not want to return it because it will take forever to get a new one and probably will be the same scenario. Other than that it fantastic we love it so far! It was very easy to put together and start up. I really like the safety feature of how to light it. That way I know my grandkids wont be able to walk by and start it up. I hate to give 1 star and hesitate to give it 5 stars because of the breaks :(

The fire pit was exactly what we were looking for as it fits nicely on our smaller deck and looks great. Only slight downside is the door to the propane tack could be better and maybe easier controls to start but flame output is great!
