It looks great but it doesn’t heat up our space. We have a small home and we are only trying to heat up our media room. We have it set to 80 degrees and our thermostat only reads 74. We live in Florida and its about 53 outside. So the house isn’t freezing but the temp is supposed to drop to the low 30’s tonight. Burrrrr

I would give less than one if possible. Used this awful thing for 2 weeks, all the while kept smelling a funny smell. Well, come to find out, the plug in prongs completely melted off! Exposed wires, danger, and scary!Will never use another thing from this company.

I received this item damaged immediately contacted customer service even after explaining I’m not mobile and in need of heat all they could offer me was return, I don’t think they understand I’m completely not mobile but it’s ok I won’t do business there anymore

My wife loves to be warm and her favorite spot is the living room. I surprised her with a “fireplace” since we dont have one. This fireplace gets the room really warm within 15-20 minutes and the effects look like a real fireplace.

Didn't work

A little shorter than I expected but it does a good job at keeping my living room heated while also looking beautiful and adding a really nice vibe to the space. Everyone who has seen it has complimented it, I love it.
