(Rewarded Review) Not the great bosch everyone says it is

Everyone I know raves about bosch dishwasher and how great it is but I was disappointed with this one. The design for the dish rack is not very efficient. The spacing of the rack (which cannot be adjusted by the way) is only intended for plates; not a mix of plates, bowls and pots. The app is also very complicated and difficult to use. It took me 10 min of pressing different buttons to get it to remote start. It gives you warnings to turn on remote start but it doesn't tell you where to find that in the app or to press the button on the dishwasher. Why do I need to press the button on the dishwasher to tell it to remote start if I have the app? What's the point of remote start of I have to first press a button on the dishwasher to allow it to remote start? What if I loaded the dishwasher and in my rush ran out the door and wanted to remote start this dishwasher? Well with this app, you can't! Because you have to first remember to press the button on the dishwasher to allow it to remote start. It kinda defeats the purpose doesn't it?

This is the worst Dishwasher experience I have ever had... You can store dishes in the it for one day without experiencing shots all over the dishes and water is always present in the tub...

[Rewarded Review] Very solid dishwasher

This is my first Bosch appliance and it's a very solidly built dishwasher. Doors usually seem flimsy but these have no flex at all. When the door closes a very clear click when it latches. It washes great and is pretty quiet. The only thing I wasn't happy about was getting my phone to sync with the dishwasher. I tried atleast 10x thru the app and even looked on the internet and it just won't do it but that's not something I need so no big deal.

Even though I could only afford a more basic unit, I am very happy with my purchase. It was straight forward for a plumber to install - the directions were friendly. It looks great and does exactly what I want - clean, sanitized and sparkling dishes. It's easy to load and easy to keep clean. I would recommend this product without any hesitation.

My Bosch dishwasher definitely cleans the dishes to a shine. It has taken me awhile to adjust to learning a new way to load dishes,bowls,glasses and silverware. The only downside is not having an indication that the disherwasher has finished, since I usually wash in the evenings and load in the mornings.

At 6 months the control panel went on it, 6 months! Avoid Bosch!!

For nearly $900 cost, the quality should have been better made. The bottom rack doesn’t have a “stop” device so it just rolls off the track and it needs to be lifted back onto the track to roll it back inside. Also, the two utensil baskets do not clip on either side of the bottom rack because the side clips are too wide to roll the rack back into the unit. So, consequently, the baskets need to be put in the middle of the rack, which takes up space to add more dishes. The top rack is very small and doesn’t allow larger mugs or cups. It is a very basic model for a hefty price. Also, the delivery times were EASTERN so I missed the delivery and had to take another day off work! Very frustrating to say the least.

Not quite as easy to install as a Model 300 nor as quiet.
