They didn’t send the hardware so couldn't put the second one up!!! I called. Said I had to go through manufacturer!!! Now I have to wait 2-3 days to hear from them!!! If not, Wayfair will THEN get involved. Are you kidding me??? It’s hardware!!! Just send it. Immediately!!! I’m waiting to use towels in bath. This is a simple thing. It should NOT be this complicated!!! This is annoying and is only NOT taking care of the customer while Wayfair and manufacturer sort it out!!! Unacceptable.

As I said I like the product. However I purchased two items and I am having to wait a week for the second item. Which means the job is not finished and I don't get paid until the job is finished. I don't understand why I had to wait an extra week for a toilet paper holder.

Really a quality bar! Nice and thick, not flimsy at all, sturdy compared to other thinner bars I ordered. Clean, yet softer rounder modern lines. Such a pleasure to even look at!
