SCRATCHED SPOUT - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JOKE

The plumber who installed the faucet noticed scratches on the spout and recommended contacting Delta for a replacement. After a nearly 50-minute phone call to Delta, I received an email requesting photos of the scratched spout. Multiple attempts to reply to the email failed, resulting in Mailer Daemon notices.

The spout is very narrow making it difficult to fill a pot etc.

This faucet was very easy to install. However in my double sink, the faucet head is too close to the tip of the handles, due to the bend on the tube being far too sharp to be viable. I have trouble getting pots under the faucet. I will be looking for a different set.

Gooseneck is way to tight of a radius

Easy to install, well made, but the arc of the gooseneck is so tight it doesn't even reach the center of the sink. This is more of a bar faucet then a kitchen faucet. Very unhappy!

Bad design

This faucet is made very solidly out of brass and stainless; the head is securly fastened to the base with the option of a swivel or fixed position. The wing-lever handles can be replaced if you do not care for the hospital look.

I ordered the faucet through Home Depot online at the local Home Depot. It arrived in a box with plastic wrap protecting the chromed pieces. I arranged for a plumber to install it since one of my water shut off valves was leaking and the other was frozen. After faucet was installed the plastic wrap was removed from the downspout I noticed the it was scared. I was so disappointed. Now if I wanted to return the defective downspout I would have to shut off the water to the kitchen and wait until the new downspout arrived. I am guessing at least two weeks since that's how long the faucet took to ship.
