I bought this unit and after 1 month the faucet began to drip so I bought new very expensive cartridge replacements and the same thing is happening again with new york city water. dws1000 unit.i am giving it a 2 as the slow dripping water I assume it's cleaner than tap water

Extremely satisfied with this product!

I needed to replace my RO system and was looking at alternatives. I decided to give this a try as it seems to be a simple and straight forward system. Installation was easy, and the water quality is great. It is so much easier and efficient than reverse osmosis systems I have used in the past. I highly recommend this product.

Buy one if you like floods

I own two of these under sink filters in different homes and both have had over time, cracked parts which caused flooding and floor damage in both homes.

Easy to connect and change out filters.

This system produces great water to drink and cook with. The biggest drawback of this system is that it only lasts a family of four about six months. Actually I guess that isnt really bad. When you consider buying bottled water for that time. It is very convenient having it fed into the refrigerator water system. Iv had this hooked up for about 15 years. Just have to replace the filter canisters.

Makes Cincinnati water drinkable for me!

I moved to Cincinnati a few months ago and still hadn't adjusted to the taste of their water. I researched various options and websites, including Consumer Reports, and finally settled on Aqua Pure. Installation wasn't too difficult, and the water tastes great! Love my new Aqua Pure system!

Great Filter and Great Service

This filter system is top rated and is performing as promised! I called the company before ordering to find out if all tubing came with it (it does). I got a quick reply from Supply House. The filter system arrive promptly and although I did not install it myself, the contractor got it in quickly with no problems. I will definitely order replacement cartridges from Supply House. Great service!

Not so much

I purchased this 3M filter as a final kitchen filtration system in hopes of making our water drinkable. Living in Vegas the water is very hard. I am filtering with two 10 micron particulate poly spun canister filters as well as a water softener prior to this 3M dbl filter .The final product is still water with a TDS in reading of 400. It has done very little to improve the water qualith.

Great product!

I was about to buy a reverse osmosis system when I realized that it wastes 3-5 gallons per water for every gallon of drinking water it provides. With a drought here in CA, we can't afford to be wasting all that water. This product rates as high or better than many of the reverse osmosis systems, and takes up less room. Easy to install. So far, so good!
