Impatient

So, it seems you're impatient to hear a good review, well you will not. Your product came damaged and it has not been installed yet. Was set to install when my handyman noticed the item was damaged, meaning it skipped quality control or carelessness on your team. This is another review that you've sent me that I've been delaying to fill out and send. So, poor customer service as well, it should've been known I'm waiting for a part which inhibits me from installing it. The reason it was purchased was because my previous one, same filter system, leaked and caused a water spill under my sink onto the floor, which ruined the wood under the sink, and kitchen mat. So, no I'm not happy!

I have bought several filters from Crystal Quest for both residential and commercial properties and will continue to do so in the future. I appreciate the quality of the products and the responsiveness of the support team.

My filter is leaking

After one month of use my filter has begun to leak. What are the steps for getting fixed?

I will nor be ordering from here again!

The filter is fine. But the refrigerator/ ice maker setup did not work with our refrigerator, and the leak detector smart valve decreased the flow from the faucet to barely a trickle. Totally unacceptable. When I called to return the items I was given the option of defecting 30% “restocking fee” AND shipping from the refund or replacing the parts that I already said weren’t acceptable. I will nor be ordering from here again!

Could not beat Berkey

I have purchased this under the sink system a few years ago and have been more than pleased ever since. The quality of the water beat Berkey in testing. Yes, I did buy a Berkey for emergencies and could not find the same quality when I tested the water. Aside from this, I could not tell you how helpful the customer service reps are. We ended up mixing up the order of the filters , never mind we were confusing their names and color (which is Smart, which was the Ultrafiltration, and so on) and we received step-by-step assistance RIGHT AWAY. So, thank you Crystalquest for the water quality you provide for my family and for always helping us to figure out the order of the filters while we are on our knees under the sink. We are also testing our water every 6 months or so and Crystalquest made sure to suggest and replace one of the cartridges to better fit the needs in the area we are living. Thank you!

Big Blue Whole House Water Filter - Hydrogen Sulfide Removal

We received "Big Blue" and had it installed by our plumber one week ago. After one week, the rotten egg odor from the hydrogen sulfide in our well water has been removed from our cold water! The hot water still has the odor however.

This is my 3rd crystal quest water filter. I like that it removes flouride. 2 of the 3 filter housings leaked after installation. They had bad o rings, they had crimps in them. We used o rings from the old filter housings. I would have given 6 stars except for the bad o rings.

Great filtered water - refreshing taste!

We have been Crystal Quest customers for over a decade. Sad to say a couple years ago we tried going to a leading pitcher water filter with resin filtration media - the taste was off at times and we found ourselves getting bloated from it - oddly enough. Our one son decided to buy himself bottled water during this "pitcher filter" phase and really wished we would get a new Crystal Quest filtration system again. We finally came to our senses and purchased a new triple filter system (under counter) which feeds our refrigerator's ice maker/cold water dispenser and a sink based water dispenser faucet. We are so happy to have refreshing tasting water again. Thank you to the folks at Crystal Quest for providing so many filter options.

Purified Water Tastes Great

I’ve had the system installed for 2 weeks. Installation went well following instructions. I recommend determining how you will tie into your main cold water line when ordering or certainly prior to installation. It did take about a week before the air and filter sediment cleared completely. The water tastes great now.

Good filter but....

I received the filter and upon installing I observed that the socket on the outlet was cracked. Luckily, I could remove the socket from my old filter and it fit perfectly.

Suggested Improvements

1. Reusable or returnable cartridges to avoid sending used ones to landfill.

I love this product so much, this is my second purchase!
