Door itself is nice. Rating based on delivery to a residence 2 houses away from the delivery address.

It was damaged but the aggravation of returning made me have it repaired.

Door's Wood Split by possible forklift/transport

Completely disappointed that the wood has a long split in it, that was possibly made by a forklift; or during transport. The box was also delivered with extensive damage. Now, I'm highly concerned of how I will get the door back to the store to be exchanged for a new one. Please assist.

The instructions had 2 pages crammed on one sheet with tiny font and 3 languages. I would be nice if the 2 pages were separate and only in English. I ended up watching instructions on YouTube which were much better than the printed instructions. It was very easy to install the bi-fold doors. We retrofit these doors in place of French doors for an office. They turned out beautifully. We added casing to hid the track as well.

Directions are impossible. Store was no help!

Beautiful door

Doors are beautiful. Easy to put up etc. measurements are true to size, so be warned there is no wiggle room, I did unfortunately have to cut them down some to fit my uneven door opening.

Bad instructions

Don't trust the installation instructions!! They are designed for 24 inch doors. The doors are less than 23 and 3/4" wide leaving a huge gap on one side. I will totally need to redo the installation!

The first door received had broken glass, the second door had broken glass again. The third door was accepted. It took weeks to get the door with no broken glass.

Not for the DIYer

We are converting a formal dining room to a craft/sewing room where the "mess" of my projects cannot be seen. We have two doorless doorways to fill, so these seemed perfect. We are having the work done--we have a general contractor and his framing guys did the work. They said the installation was one of the hardest they've ever done. The doors (both doorways) ended up about 1/2" apart when closed. The double pair meets well at the top but not at the bottom. I am looking at powerful magnet closures to rectify this problem. The doors are very heavy and well made--we were just sick worrying about breakage in delivery but they're just what we wanted. None of the pictures show "mirrored;" they are not--just frosted.

We found this door to be of excellent quality. The primed finish took the paint beautifully. Rather heavy; not cheaply made.

Glass is a strange color, not white as I expected. Doors do not shut tight, but hopefully they simply need an adjustment.

Good Quality Doors - LOVE THEM

These bifold doors look awesome! The existing opening is smaller than the required opening. They are a solid wood core with an MDF veneer so we were able to trim the width and length. We also trimmed the metal header track. We bought different handles. Film on the glass made painting a breeze. I used a razor blade to remove the film. The printed directions are confusing. Glass bifold door

Door was just what we wanted. I had to hire someone to put it in. It didn’t quite fit and needed to be trimmed. (The opening probably wasn’t right). But the door looks good and functions properly.

Looks great

Ordered online for my closet turned office space. Directions are very difficult to read, but once you figure it out , it is easy to install the bracket to your door frame and hardware on the door itself. Putting the door in the track requires two people for sure. It’s very heavy and awkward to get it into place. My only issue now is the door does not stay fully closed. Trying to loosen the setting screw is impossible.
