Broken Vanity

the vanity is beautiful however, they need to find another way to ship their items or to label handle with care. I received my vanity and the handlers/carriers were not careful with the vanity. The vanity was hit on the side with a fork lift and was damaged when it arrived. I called Chansfurniture (the Shipper) send all the photos that they wanted and they offered me to stay with the item with a 30% off and I told them that the vanity is a collectors item. I wanted them to take it back and replace it with new one. Then they offered the item a 50% refund and I told them that in my house the items that brake I throw them away and buy new ones and for them to pick up the vanity and replace with a new one. They said yes, but I have to repack, tape, seal the vanity on the crates, take pictures and send them to them so they can approve the packaging, so they can call to have the item picked up and shipped back. I have to find someone to fix the crate, buy the tape, packaging wrap, and anything else it needs to be shipped. This is not my fault and the shippers should be the ones who should be packaging. I would not buy a big item from this place. I much rather by at Walmart. I still have to wait for the two weeks for the thousand dollar refund. Terrible service

I was very surprised that the vanity looks better in person than in the picture. It is solid wood, with all pieces fitted precisely.
