Sub-par Hood
This hood is low quality, noisy, and poorly assembled. The overall construction is with lightweight materials and there is no insulation. Although ZLINE touts this model (KN6-30) as being quiet at 2.5 Sones on high power, in reality it is just as loud as any builder brand you might find a big box hardware stores. The control panel and lower assembly wobbles and is not mounted well to the main assembly. On the plus side, it does have a decent interface and adjustable lights. If you are in the market for a 30" hood, I would look elsewhere for something more solid.
