The sink was well packed and delivered in perfect shape. It can be installed undermount or drop in which is nice. The included wire mesh grid is a must for protecting the sink bottom from damage during use. I had mine installed undermount and I am very happy with the initial quality. Time will tell how it holds up but I am pretty confident it will be a great sink.

We ordered the Bocchi Sotto undermount fireclay sink in Biscuit. It arrived in a timely manner. It was well-packed and undamaged. It was professionally installed along with our countertops. We have been using it for about 2 months. It looks great. I love the color. I wanted something warmer than white and the Biscuit color is perfect. The sink is lovely and I am absolutely happy with my purchase. Mixed reviews for the protective grid that came with it which is supposed to protect the bottom of the sink from becoming scratched. It does that. But whoever designed the grid should have made the mesh squares closer together. Cups fall over and utensils slip underneath. My sense is we will stop using it soon.

I love the sink overall is everything I wanted. The only think I didn’t like is that the metal grid scratched the sides of my sink but I rather have that than my pans scratch up the bottom. But overall it’s excellent!

My sink is absolutely gorgeous! It's huge compared to my old double basin stainless steel. The sink might be my favorite part of the kitchen remodel. Highly recommend.

Great Service

I ordered one of their beautiful Fireclay sinks. Unfortunately, the one I received was damaged. This was absolutely no fault of Manor House, I’m sure it happened during shipping. I called Manor House and they immediately sent me out a new sink. I received it in about a week. This new one is perfect, it is so beautiful. It has not been installed yet but I know it will look great. I will definitely use Manor House in the future and I highly recommend them.

Too deep

I should have looked more carefully at the depth of this sink. There’s really no need that I see to have a sink this deep. Also the protective grid for the bottom of the sink leaves marks in the corners when the feet rest…it’s like the finish on the sink is being worn away. The grid also gets greasy and needs to be cleaned. I fill the sink with hot water and detergent and then brush the grid with a scrub brush. It does take quite a bit of water to cover the grid. I live in California and water rationing is always in place here so using a couple gallons of water to clean this grid is concern. It’s too large to go into dishwasher.

Beautiful, but food sticks

This sink is very nice. Heavy, solid, deep and beautiful. However, the bottom is very flat and it's hard to get crumbs etc. to move toward the drain. You have to shoot a high powered spray of water at anything for almost 30 seconds to get it to collect in the strainer. It's a little irritating. But the worst is that the food sticks to the sink. Nothing just rinses off. Every tiny little crumb or spot of sauce adheres to the sides and bottom of the sink the second it hits the surface, so you're constantly taking out the wire rack and scrubbing it down. I solved this with some ceramic spray that has been life changing, but I shouldn't have had to do this.

Classy black sink, I have 2 of these gorgeous sinks and LOVE them!! Wanted a black glossy sink to go with my gorgeous countertop - this sink was the answer. They are so easy to keep clean, no issues with chipping and can put a hot pan right into the sink without any burn marks. So much room. Highly recommend.
