An excellent price. Quality seems good but time will tell. Instructions are ok. The hardware in the two strainers were different. One had the extension while the other didn’t. It would be helpful to have two I used the brass extensions off my old sink

Absolutely love this sink! It’s beautiful and nice and deep! I like that you can have dishes in the sink and can’t see them. Highly recommend to follow the care instructions and oil it with olive oil to keep its lustre. Makes a big difference! Would never go back to a stainless sink after having this.

We ordered this on sale and knew we weren't going to install it for quite a while. We unfortunately didn't unpack it and check it. We just opened the box and found that the sink was broken. The break was due to poor packaging by the manufacturer. Very disappointing. We ordered a new sink from a different source.

What a great find. This onyx sink is a beauty. What a beautiful addition to my kitchen. Made of very strong, durable quality. There’s no shine however, looks sleek and smoothness to touch. Easy installation. 33X22 was sink purchase

I love this sink. Unfortunately after over 1 yr of use, the stainless steel detail on the bowl divider has gotten pretty scratched up. We have a large family and the sink gets tons of use, so I think it’s to be expected. The black sink itself has dulled a bit, but I suppose I could polish it up with something. All said, I would definitely purchase this sink again.

I am VERY disappointed in this sink as it does not live up to the description as follows: (Each non-porous sink is protected with a thermal finishing process, creating a surface that is highly resistant to heat, chemicals, scratching, chipping, and discoloration.)

Beautiful sink. I had to return the first one because the back piece where the faucet holes are broke off. I suggest they add more support for that area so that that doesn’t happen again. I sent back the sink and they took care of shipping and sent a replacement for free. Overall, it’s a great sink. It’s very easy to take care of. 

High maintenance

I installed this sink 6 months ago and I thought the quality and looks were excellent. Having owned granite sinks before, I thought this one would be easy to care for also. I should have read the care directions before purchasing it. My bad. Apparently, the granite composite material it is made of is porous. If you don't wipe it down after each use as recommended, you start getting water stains and graying. I'll try coating with mineral oil which some says is the best solution.

Absolutely beautiful sink! Just received it and haven’t installed just yet. I will say the degree of packaging to insulate it from damage is top rate! The boxing along was so impressive and impenetrable you knew the sink had to be amazing inside. And it is!

Nice upgrade. Easy install.

I replaced a 33 x 22 stainless steel sink with this one. My counter is a beige granite, so the new sink really stands out. I did a drop-in mounting because the hole for the previous stainless sink was the perfect size for drop-in but too big for under-counter mounting. Although the drains on this sink are farther to the rear, my plumbing only required a few shortenings. I went with a new Kraus faucet to complete the look.

Great but wrong size

We ordered the correct model # 433B and the correct model was shipped. However, it was the wrong size sink. The online listing incorrectly says it is a 30.75 in. but this model is actually a 33 in. When re-checking the website, apparently the wrong size is indicated for that model. If you order, be sure you don't just look at the model number, look at the size of the sink. I think they just entered the size incorrectly when making the online listing. The sink is beautiful!

BEST SINK I'VE EVER OWNED!

This beautiful sink cleans up like new everytime. It has never discolored nor shown any nicks or scratches in the 3 years since we purchased it. We installed black sink baskets and faucet to match. Our counters are faux black granite (paint kit available at Home Depot; done 6 years ago and still looks great) creating a sleek, clean look. It's a breeze to clean, I simply wipe it down with paper towels after each use; we hand wash our dishes. I will never purchase anything else except this sink!

Looks amazing ! Such a nice upgrade ! We are unable to upgrade our whole kitchen at this time but this defintely is a nice change from the previous strainless steel sink. It was well package and easy to install. I wish I had looked into this sooner ! Size is perfect. I purchased a special cleaner for it ( Kohler Neoroc ) that should help keep it looking nice over the years. Don't heisitate to buy this sink, you'll love it just as much

So, very impressed with everything except for a couple minor...

So, very impressed with everything except for a couple minor things which in my opinion can be improved on: such as, the foam gaskets provided with the drains? Is this thin foam gasket supposed to be enough to keep it leak free? I used plumbers putty and not the foam. Instructions did not help elaborate. The drop in mount clips under the sink were a little hard to figure out how they went in the slits of the sink. The sink is very classy and luxurious I just don’t get the cloth it comes with on a “shower curtain” clip.

Beautiful sink, large size makes great use of the cabinet space- we have used for nearly two years and it is in like new condition still- we clean with natural cleaners and are happy with how clean it comes out. There is the odd time we regret not being able to use bleach in it but we just use a plastic bucket when cleaning with bleach than dump it down the drain directly.

Update We have now sold the home that this sink was installed in and I’ll be ordering a second one shortly for our new home. This sink is awesome! I love the look, the modern feel and look, the deepness of the bowls, it’s durability and ease of cleaning. NOTE wipe down the sink in mineral oil twice a year to preserve the look. I noticed others have commented on it looking dull or gray after a while. The mineral oil will remedy this and bring its luster back.

Beautiful But Poor Quality

The sink was beautiful, but arrived damaged- twice. I purchased this sink and had it delivered to my home. The sink arrived damaged- the front corner was broken off. Packaging was completely intact. Returned the item and bought a new one- again having it delivered to my home. The second sink also arrived damaged- this time it was a crack in the back left portion of the sink. Again, the packaging was completely intact. Both issues seemed to be a flaw from the factory- not because of an issue with delivery or rough handling. I was extremely disappointed, because the sink looked beautiful and was exactly what I was looking for. I returned the second sink, and chose a completely different sink to complete my project.

We love our new sink. The black granite sink blends beautifully with our black granite countertops, and I believe it would with most other colors. The stainless cap between the 2 bowls is quite complimentary with the rest of the sink, like the baskets and faucet of your choice. The bowls of this sink are really deep and the sink baskets are really nice. One has acup size food particle collector with removable basket which I really like. This sink can be mounted either above or below the countertops. Either way it demands attention. It comes with just 1 hole for the faucet and with our installation that was all we needed, but our countertop installers said if we needed more they could easily drill it. This sink is somewhat heavy but very easy to install and comes with absolutely everything you might need for either type of mounting. I highly recommend this sink and would definitely buy again.
