Nice drain

We ordered both a 36” and a 48” linear drain for our new construction. Very nice in looks and quality. Matt black finish looks really nice adjacent to the porcelain tile flooring.

Scratched and missing pieces

This was a third party vendor so I am Still not sure who would address this. The item came in scratched up and missing a piece. There is a reason it was so greatly discounted, I believe it is damaged goods. It needs to state if it is not first quality. My contractor was able to get the missing piece, and since it is a drain, we installed it with the scratches anyway. If it was not missing parts and scratched, I would have loved it because it is a pretty cool addition to the new shower.

No mention of needed Alfi adapter required to install.

Alfi does not include the required adapter to use this drain, they do offer separately for an extra $35 their proprietary drain, but you will need it before you build your shower out. Having no mention of this required compatible part is just asking for poor reviews. All other brands, have a standard 2 inch threaded adapter to install a linear drain. Alfi, makes it too complicated to use their product.
