Had it for almost a year used it about 3-5 times and it no longer turns on or has any power.

Fire Hazard

Heater overheated. Smoke and sparks. Plug melted. Completely blew the socket.

Great unit so far! Ambient heat and the aesthetics are great! Has even seemed to help with circulation issues and maintains a comforting level of non drying steady heat even on low in the bedroom on chilly nights. Easy install and a great addition! I did get the extended warranty for piece of mind, but so far this thing delivers as promised!

Absolute trash

Zero tutorials and instructions are vague, nothing on you tube for this brand or model. Attempted to install in recess wall glass frame cover for whateverv reason would not align properly after countless attempts. This is absolute trash. Selling a refund will buy a more practical brand with clear instructions and no defects...

Was hesitant at first but after plugging it in was amazed. One of the features that’s not explained, you’re able to use just the LED flames without heat! I’ll be ordering a second one for my primary bedroom

Value for money! I wanted one of this for my basement that’s always cold. It heats the room fast and it looks so pretty. You can just leave the light on at night it looks so pretty!

haven't installed yet, as in middle of remodeling. Did open box to make sure it was well packaged and not damaged. it is for master bathroom to get nice ambience with the free standing tub. Will post picture when it is installed
