Horrible products

Horrible stopped working the week we got it. Got the warranty for it took forever to talk to the right department and they said there would replace it once I was finally able to talk to someone but then the email me say there not gonna replace it and sent me a check but I still ended up being out money for the warranty!!!!!!!!! Not happy at all

Awesome figure to your home

I always wanted a recessed fireplace. This fireplace has 9 light colors. 3 heating levels and timer. Very easy installation. You just need to untight 2 screws on both sides and the front glass came off. Super easy installation.

Modern look and lighting with easy install for weekend warrior

This fireplace is gorgeous. I am designing a man cave / office to work from home in a section we are building next to our garage exterior facing wall. This should enable us to save some money this winter taking in the account the cost to run a gas line and have a fireplace installed.

Create a great ambiance

Great buy, awesome price. Creates a great ambiance. Perfect fit in our basement. Love the fact you can use either the wood or glass it came with, very versatile. Changes color and temperature from high to low and have a good modern look.

Beautiful but remote sucks

installation went well. we love the look. only negative is the remote. we tried changing batteries but it just doesnt operate the fireplace as it should. tried different angles. dont really know what else to try.

Great product; delivery challenges

I just had mine installed - everything seems to be working great so far! The major headache was delivery - at first I rec'd notice from FedEx it would be delivered a day early (which would have ruined my work day away from home), then it didn't arrive the day it should have, then the delivery date was just 'pending' for days. The only way I could have any control after that was to put it on 'vacation hold' until the following Friday when I would be home again. And even then I had to call FedEx twice to prevent it from being delivered at home on days I wouldn't be there. Hopefully deliveries will be a little more normal after the holidays, but COVID-19 will probably still be having effects then anyway.

10/10 Would Purchase Again

Great product for the price. Love all the color combinations available. Was very easy to install. Only complaint is the film left behind a residue that was tricky to clean off.

Not too bad

I installed my fireplace into a wall and for a day they were very quiet but then started to be louder as the flames rotated within the machine by the next day..other than that I like it and it was a decent price
