Easy install and works great..!!

Great looking and great working product.

It is a very good fan and moves a lot of air.

I like the hood fan and its works very well. The only thing I am not really happy about is the lighting does not seem very bright. I like more light to cook by.

Know the size you need. Measure where it wil be installed.

Installed in less than 30 minutes. Fit perfectly and very sturdy. It doesn't make alot of noise and works great. Love it and it looks very nice.

Exact fit for hood

I don't write reviews often, but this one has me mystified. Everything was exact, except cosmetically of course. Electrical knockout, mounting holes were exactly in the same place as the old one, making replacement very easy. Literally 20 minute installation and done.

Its a 36 inch stainless steel hood that does not have a duct, it fills in a space, it looks great, its perfect to add aesthetics to a kitchen. I highly recommend if youre looking for a way to make your kitchen look good on a budget.

Great fan in special order size

Tried to purchase at local big box household store - 36 is special order size. Delivered in 3 days from Empava for same price! Unfortunately had to return first one as box came open due to carrier handling and the hood dad a huge dent in it. Empava replaced in 3 days with a perfect hood.

Simple install

Replaced 20 year old range hood. Went up easily. Looks great. Works perfectly.

Avoid

Bought the hood after reading the reviews. Their instructions for installation are terrible. The quality of the hardware is terrible. I stripped all the screws despite using the correct size bit. In the end I had to buy cabinet screws and toggle bolts for the installation.

Excellent hood, very upscale look, works beautifully. Quiet fans, nice digital display.

Empava 36RH14 36 In. 500 CFM

This unit has a nice look to it: Stainless Steel, well rounded corners, sloped front; no knobs sticking out(easier to clean). The entire bottom is covered with slatted vents to catch the grease and moisture and with the dual fans and the generous air flow (500 CFM) through them, I feel like I might have to hold onto my wife while she is cooking, so she doesn't "lift off". On the negative side, I don't like that the clock button goes straight to time setting mode, instead of just off/on, or press and hold to enter setting mode. It was a couple weeks before I got around to installing the unit, and, although the shipping box had shown no signs of a rough ride, I found rivet pieces inside the box. I had taken the unit out of the box the day it arrived, but didn't notice then the damage that had occurred. It was when I went to install the unit that I saw where a total of 5 rivets that connected the top panel to the front panel had broken. I installed new rivets. It goes well with the other appliances, though, so overall, I think it is a good deal.

Strong Fan

Powerful fan sucks up any pollutants or food odors. Just a little loud maybe a little insulation in it would be good. But otherwise very happy with the purchase
