item was smaller than i thought and came cracked throughout. When i returned the item, I had the hardest time getting a refund and had to get my credit card company involved because the sale was through a 3rd party vendor.

Mom loves her fireplace——the first one we ordered was damaged (A LOT!!) the second one was damaged but we were able to prepare it. Quality control needs to do a better job

Returned 1st delivery.mantle damaged. 2nd delivery- had to repair 3 stones in appliance. ( chipped)

I am so impressed with this fireplace. Arrived in a protected box. It was easy to unpack and easy to put together as the instructions are clear and precise. Puts out a nice amount of heat. Highly recommend

Arrived broken

Arrived with back of mantle broken. I was going to live with it because it is against the wall but the more I used fireplace it started to make a whirling noise which is really annoying so I will be returning tomorrow.

Nees a Light switch

The unit is great. Unpacked well and just had to plug it in. Only downside is lack of directions for remote and no light switch for display

The fireplace was already assembled, sparing me that task. Operation is simple with the remote. It warms up my large finished basement on just the 70 degree setting. The LED light above the shelf is missing the electrical but it’s not a game changer. All in all, it’s a great product at an affordable price.

Well made and throws off a lot of heat. Wish there were better instructions regarding the light above the heating unit as it took a while to determine what the wire was for and where it plugged in but otherwise a very nice unit.

Not worth it!

I bought thinking it wiuld be perfect for a wekend home that is under 750 sq. ft. You can barrky even feel the heat come out this thing

Love this fireplace. perfect choice for our living room. The only thing we did not like: the light for the shelf does not have an on / switch. If you don’t want the light on you have to unplug. Not a big deal - would just be better with a switch. I would definitely recommend this fireplace.

I searched high and low for a beautiful electric fireplace with the stone mantle look in a reasonable price range. I absolutely love this electric fireplace and it matches my new flooring beautifully and is more energy efficient then my actual home heating system

Smaller than expected. Light over the display shelf will not turn off. Otherwise, I do like it a lot. The flames are beautiful, the heat is very good and the materials seem good.

Heavy and sturdy. We chose to paint the wood portion white to better match our decor. Turned out perfect. Puts out nice amount of heat. We use it year round and turn off the heat setting in the warmer months and just enjoy the ambience. Would recommend.
