Fire ring

So far so good. Easy to assemble. Haven’t used it yet but looking forward to seeing it in operation. Hopefully I won’t burn seat cushions anymore but watching sparks landing on people I’m going to miss, lol.

Nice product but poor customer service

Bought 40” Firepit screen. I unpacked it and it’s good quality at a good price. I discovered that I really needed a 36” screen so I repacked it and requested a return and put a 36” screen in my shopping cart. There is no phone number to speak to anyone. I had to use chat with a foreigner that told me a return will take a very long time and I must pay for everything. He offered me $20 to keep it. I said I really prefer a smaller screen. Then he said he has to report this and he gave me a ticket number. After a week I heard nothing. I just emailed customer service, gave my ticket number and asked what’s going on. I’m pleased with the product and price but make sure you get the right item because customer service after the sale is a zero out of 10.

Not as expected

Not 36 inches, even with handles. Difficult to assemble. I have to rebuild my firepit for it to work.

Looks good; screws were a little short so they had to be replaced with bigger ones. Well made, hopefully it holds up to outside weather

This is the perfect item for my fire pit. Since I bought the fire pit, it has been windy every day so I ordered the spark screen. Now I can sit out near the fire pit at night and enjoy watching my dogs play in the yard, gaze at the stars etc etc, and not worry that a spark will get away in the neighborhood.

once again a cheaply made in China product. I am sure after a few uses the screen is going to rapidly deteriorate. Definitely not worth the price I paid for it

Fire Pit Screen

Fire pit screen exactly as described. Fit my fire pit perfectly

Instructions not clear. It’s 6 spherical segments that are attached together and the three make up a section must be attached in a specific order of which is “on top” but the directions are not clear.

That's exactly what I thought it was going to be except for it is thinner metal than I thought it was going to be

This spark screen fit my fire pit perfectly. I replaced the pivot screws with Clevis pins and drilled them through the sides of the fire pit. This made the installation permanent. The edges of the stainless mesh are sharp so definitely wear protective gloves when assembling.

Not 40 inches damaged and crooked

Well, I spent an hour putting this together and it is not 40 inches as stated it would not fit across my fire pit ring which is exactly 39 inches so I had to modify it with large screws to hold it up. It is bent, warped and crooked.

Our firepit is from Frontgate; the first screen was great and lasted several years. Since then, every replacement screen from them has rusted out very quickly. And they are expensive! So we searched for a stainless steel replacement and found this one. We've only just installed it, so I can't speak to the longevity of the screen. However, at this price point, if it lasts two years, I feel that's a win for us. Installation was easy, and it looks great. Note that the nuts that were provided aren't stainless; everything else is, so I'm not sure why they switched that up. When/if they rust, we'll replace those, and hopefully, the rest of the screen has a good long life. So far, so good!
