The cabinet quality is wonderful. During a move, one file became locked. Is there any chance you might have a master key?

This piece looks like it is decorative and would look nice in a room. It is just a functional filing cabinet that looks industrial. Disappointed!

Arrived with marks and dent, drawers do not pull out far enough to view files filed long ways facing the side, bar for option of placing files facing forward for easier viewing is not included

Great basic cabinet

Nothing fancy, but it is perfect for my home office space. It is reasonably solid and looks nice. The drawers open and close easily and, because it's metal, the bottom is solid so I can use the bottom drawer to stack files that I don't wish to hang. I bought a wood one once, and you couldn't do that. I'm glad I purchased this file cabinet.

If you want a wonderful lateral file, this is the one.

This file was perfect for my purposes. It is a very nice gray tone and that can be hard to find! Now the only thing I need is an assembled desk to match my great file.

Solid product - performing as expected

Easy transaction. Ordered on-line Thursday or Friday. 2 filing cabinets arrived on Monday. The guy even helped me carry them into my office. Filled them up and all my filing needs are met! It's just a filing cabinet and it should be this simple and easy.

Very Specious but wish it had more drawers and that it was taller. Great for space, and I can use the bigger folders in here.

Functional but finish is lacking

From the pictures and description I expected a furniture quality product with a light textured finish. What I received looked more like a standard office product. The "powder coating" finish looks like poorly applied thin paint. It even has "runs" in the back corner on the top. Functionally it appears to work fine, although it is rather thin metal.

Great product at a great price!

Product was bought for my office, works great for the price and what we need :-)
