cannot find hardware hang or use this product. according to the website ,the hardware is sold separately. soon I will return the product because items tp hang the wall pot rack are not easy to get.. Really could use some advice in order to keep the rack. Thanks

Disappointed when product arrived, because I thought the wall brackets would be included. After getting over the upset, decided to purchase the brackets, and have been happy with the product ever since. It's a nice thick, heavy duty product. Will last for generations, which is not the case for much nowadays.

The only wall mount pot rack I could find that mounted to 16” on center studs, with all the other brands- you’d only be able to hit one stud and that’s a hard pass for us. This one looks great and is holding my heavy cast iron nicely! Love it! I ordered the 8” brackets for this because I didn’t want my pans dinging against the wall.

Love it! REMINDER: This is only the rack. You have to buy the required wall bracket separatly to mount it to the wall. Be aware they come in a variety of projections from the wall 4" 8". 12"...

Our first experience was not good we didn’t get all the parts

Perfect for my needs as a home cook in a smallish kitchen. Looks great on the wall, pots and pans hang nicely and I love the lid storage behind the bar. Glad I found this.

It arrived without mounts, hopefully they fix this for me!

Although the single metal bar is attractive and sturdy, that this is a “mounted” pot rack is ridiculously misleading. This is a metal bar with a brand logo on it but no mounting brackets or hooks included. To return this giant paperweight will cost $15 and to buy the matching mounting brackets and hooks would cost well over $100 through the site.

Beautiful product but if you show the product with the brackets and hooks-you should make it very clear that they are sold separately!!! And since they are sold separately—the corresponding model numbers should be listed

Great pot rack. Had an issue with the separately purchased wall mounts, but this is a solid, well made and good looking rack.

Is as described unfortunately I didnt read the bar comes by itself you will need to order wall mounts and hanging clips the bar is good quality just wish all peices came together

An excellent product that is robust and sturdy enough to be wall mounted. The use of this pot rack allows numerous pots, pans, and utensils to be at viewing height and within easy reach.
