so far so good, looks just like the picture. I actually ordered this from a different company, forgot I ordered it, & ordered it again from Wayfair by mistake. The other one came in a sloppy, untaped package, which I promptly returned. Wayfair's came in a completely sealed package with the parts in plastic bags. Very good packaging & price is the same as the other vendor. Haven't installed it yet but should be fine.

Really happy with his drain. Great quality, and I love that the drain components give you the ability to raise or lower the drain based on the thickness of your tile being installed. Overall, very satisfied with the quality and the price.
