beautiful cast Iron work of art

Been a great piece of cast iron. quick to season, good heat retention. My favorite cast iron Dutch oven non ceramic coated. For the fry pans I do prefer Field Company.

I bought it for my daughter-in-law and she loves it!

All around high quality product.

Excellent product made in the USA, all aspects are with purpose. Beautiful to look at. Leave it out to enjoy and encourage to use it to do many things.

Product is very well made. Cast iron is smooth and doesn’t feel like rhino liner like Lodge products. The seasoning was done well and the craftsmanship is beautiful. Finex products will last through many generations if properly maintained.

It's a really smart design, and has amazing, even heat conductivity. It's got the quality and heft of a product that will last for literally generations. As a bonus, when it's filled with a braise or stew, lifting from the oven is functional fitness. :P

I own almost all of their products save this one, until now that is. Finally added this beauty to my collection and I’m so happy that I did. I’ve made some soups and a stew in it and the way it holds temp is amazing. I love the fit and finish of this Dutch oven, and when it sits on my range top it always gets comments from guests.

I know it’s a lot of money to spend on what is essentially a cast iron product, but the thought and design that goes into FINEX equipment makes them a pleasure to use.
