We have had our cooktop for about a month now and we like it. Only issue is that you can hear the coil turn off and on while something is simmering and it's a little annoying. Otherwise, nice product.

Really good quality and sleek. It's very minimalistic. I agree with other reviews about the position of the burners (larger ones in the back) but since we can use the speed boost in the smaller burners, its not a big deal for me.

I replaced my 15 year old Bosch gas cooktop with the induction cooktop, as I was concerned about the pollution from gas. There's a bit of a learning curve going from gas to induction, but I have been pleased with the performance of the cooktop so far. I love how it boils water so quickly, but I'm still working on getting the hang of using it for searing. It's taking me much longer to cook meats over the induction than it did with gas, which is strange since the induction is so much faster at boiling water. What should I be doing?

went from a gas cooktop. Love our new Bosch Induction so much. Easy to use. Looks sleek and simple No more hot handles, escaping gas, and wasted energy.

[Rewarded Review] Scratches on Induction range top

We bought it on December 2023, and I started to us it since December 31 2023, couple days later I noticed scratches, now day by day scratches becoming more and more, I paid $2K for headache. Everday preparing food I want to chang it, because the scratches makes me feel stupid. I bought an appliance for long term if I am having those scratches I need to replace it.

Something I do not like from this new version of model 500 Series is that the timer is not as good as in the previous model. However, I like the heat level display option in the new one compared to the old one where you had to push the button several times to get the desired heat level,

Love the Bosch Induction cooktop and it is easy to use. My only complaint is I don’t think it warms up as fast as my older induction cooktop did. Not something that would not stop me from buying another one.

The cooktop is great. Company Lowes uses to install the cooktop said they couldn't hook it up to electricity or recycle the old one.

[Rewarded Review] Nice mid range 30 inch induction cooktop

This is my second induction cooktop, and first Bosch. I have been using this for about a month and have been satisfied so far. Installation was easy, and the operation is intuitive. Performance is good. I only wish two things were different: more evident markings to help place and center pots, and higher contrast markings on the control panel.

Low wattage, I did not expect such a slow cooking time. No returns allowed…….
