Everything was installed per the instructions, but the fan control didn't work. I had to contact Carro and they sent me out a new fan control.

Have not been able to master the smart use as of yet. My phone has to be connected directly to the ceiling fan wi-fi and even then I struggle to figure out use.

Got mine in Black Friday sale. Works really well with Google and almost instantaneous to turn on or off light and fan. You can also add to your Google Home app for easy control from anywhere and it will show you if it’s on or off. I would buy another product made by this company.

[Rewarded Review] A full Ceiling fan kit that is smart and easy to install.

This ceiling fan comes as a kit. A 52" in black, three lightweight blades, all needed hardware, brushed nickel blade bracket, wall light/fan control with a center LED light for indoor use only. Should take no longer than 35 minutes to have the ceiling fan and wall control installed. Very easy instruction and wow this fan is smooth. This smart fan wall switch control along with the CARRO app for easy set up at your fingertips. Be sure to attach the blades in the correct direction stated on the instruction/assembly. I'm overall pleased with the ease of install but the wall control was missing in this kit. I contacted the vendor and waiting on the wall control to arrive. For the meantime I connected the blue and black wire so it will work with the regular light switch for now. I find it very elegant and formal with the all black feature and brushed nickel blade brackets. It really pops!

[Rewarded Review] Slowly I'm getting a smart(er) house.

Slowly I'm getting a smart(er) house because of products like this one. It works with Alexa, etc. I recently also got a plug that works with Alexa so now I can ask her to turn on the lights and fan. I travel and can set Alexa routines so it looks like I'm home. Also, while I'm home I can co try this fan from. The smart switch or using Alexa. Say your on the third floor and realize you eat the fan on downstairs on the first floor...well, there's an app for that! So great! And so great looking!

High Setting Wobbles quite a bit... hmmm

First, the fan was installed by a licensed & bonded electrician. He attached weights on the fan but wobble remain. Is anyone else having major wobble on high speed? It is secure but visually seeing a fan move this much is concerning.

This is a really nice ceiling fan. It comes with instructions, which are not too difficult to follow. The design and styling is very modern. The fact that it only has three fan blades make assembly a lot easier (less to assemble!). There were a few drawbacks. First, while well packed, for some reason at least one of the fan blades had scratches on it (see picture). Not sure how it could be because all three fan blades were shrink wrapped with smooth paper in between each blade. Not a big deal because of the dark finish and it being at the ceiling, I don't think it would be very noticeable. Another issue is that it require special wiring in your home -- wiring that you would normally find in a commercial building. This is clearly stated in the product description on the web page. I thought I had such wiring, but didn't. So I couldn't get it to work even after hooking everything up. I would need an electrician to re-wire at least that particular circuit in my home in order to get it to work, which is more than I an willing to spend. The last issue is the size of "wall control." My home is older and the electrical boxes are therefore also older...and smaller. After eyeballing the size of the electrical box and the wall control, it looked like it would fit. It didn't fit! I needed to replace my electrical box with a modern one. Not too big a deal, but since my home didn't have the correct wiring, I am not going to replace the electrical box. But if you get this fan, make sure the electrical box where your light switch is in is a modern-sized box. I would still recommend this fan as long as you have the correct wiring...
