Awesome Ceiling Fan
Well built. Everything fit the way it was supposed to. Instructions were easy to follow.
A major puzzle
The fan is well constructed but the wire harness is about 4 ft too long. And the instructions poorly written. It took twice as long as it should to assemble after trying to figure out the diagrams.
I wanted to get a downrod to fit it , and your store or online could not or did not have to fit.
DOES NOT FLUSH MOUNT.
Item is advertised as being a flush mount or down rod mount unit. It is not. Unit can only be mounted with the enclosed down rod. The instructions included in the package clearly state this. The name of the product states otherwise.
Perfect for Laundry Room or Hall Way
This is a great fan, looks cool and went perfectly in my laundry room. No light bulb it's just a circuit board, not hard to install I made sure to take my time.
Light works intermittently
Blue wire in molex connector is loose and I can not tighten which means light doesn’t work.

Tbis is not a flush mount, only down rod.

Title on fan misleading for mount & clearance
We just received this fan. Based upon the description of "Craftmade Propel II 24-in Brushed Polished Nickel Indoor/Outdoor Downrod or Flush Mount Ceiling Fan with Light (6-Blade)", we thought that we could flush mount the fan without the downrod. You can not. It explicitly states in the instructions you cannot flush mount and cannot install without a minimum of the 6" downrod (which we validated were the right ones per Craftmade's website and their instructions). So the length of the fan is 14" -- not the minimum stated on Lowe's website of 9.67. We would have preferred the smaller clearance and are thankful this fan will still work for us and we don't have to return it.
