Looks beautiful, quiet & great air movement! Like the remote & wall switch feature. Didn't necessarily need the light but I'm so glad it came with it. Love!

Nice fan

Nice decorator fan that blends in with my bedroom decor. Extremely quiet and good output. We typically keep at lowest speed and it's mire than sufficient in our 30o sq ft room. Really like you can mount the remote with a switch plate that's included. Light out is sufficient as we have other lighting in room

Love our new fan(s)!

We love the fan so much we're purchasing two more for other rooms. It was easy to install and is very quiet. I love the fact the I can program and control the fan with the app. Alexa integration is also a mig win. Works great!

Great fan - not so great instructions

The product itself is great, the quality and the finish are very nice, however the installation instructions are vague, hard to follow and should be updated.

Wonderful fans

Installed 3 Trey fans and love them. Easy to operate, absolutely quiet, and nicely understated style. They move a lot more air than the design would suggest. Highly recommended.

Quiet and multiple settings

I have the fan in my bedroom. It is much quieter than the one I replaced, and there are multiple speed settings and lighting levels. Changing from summer to winter is a simple push on the wall switch.I'd recommend it.

Great Light/Fan

I installed the fan in the master bedroom. Great product! I would definitely recommend. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to the installation instructions. After installing, the fan ""ticked"" when running. I contacted customer support and was told the install instructions were not correct! I received an email with the corrected page. I made the adjustments, the ""ticking"" is gone. Clearly a case for not including installation instructions, but rather a link to a web page. This would allow corrections to be readily available. Also, love the remote.

Very happy with this fan. For some reason handyman and electrician didn't want to install wall switch control. It maybe because of the age of our house. We are fine just using the remote. Planning to purchase a second one.

Stylish quiet fan

I actually have 4 Hinkley fans, all purchased for my beach house. They are quiet and have a remote that allows you to change fan speeds and light brightness. Very modern style. I purchased them all in white so they are barely noticeable in the ceilings.

2 fans keep turning each other off and on

We had one of these fans and liked it so much we bought another one for an upstairs room. Once we did that, each fan kept turning the other one on and off. We've gone through the reset/resync process multiple times to no avail. I would only recommend these fans if you need one. The manual mentions buttons that aren't clearly labeled on the picture of the remote. This is way more complicated than it should be.

Silence is golden

I installed this fan in my bedroom and it is absolutely silent. The only sound you hear is the blades moving the air when you turn the speed up high enough. Two improvements I think they could make. First is the push button wall switch. When you're going into the dark room it would be better to have a toggle switch to use to turn the light on rather than trying find the push button on the little panel to turn the light on. The other minor issue is this is the fourth ceiling fan I've installed in the last few months. The other three were from a competitor and I feel like if I hadn't had the experience of putting those up I would have had a bit more difficulty with the Hinckley because the instructions are just not quite as clear and detailed as those from the other Fan Company. For these reasons I rated the fan a 4. But as far as the performance of The Fan and the light and everything else I'm very happy with the purchase.

The fan is great, exactly what we wanted. Had an issue with the wall controller, but Tatum Dalton took care of us quickly and all is good. Using the Bluetooth app on the iPhone really makes the fan more worthwhile (we don't have to get up to turn on the LED or adjust the fan speed)! Great job!

Everything about the purchase, installation, & operation was good except for control. The fan relies on radio signal from the wall-mounted controller to a receiver located inside the fan motor housing.
