Just finished installing the Honeywell Sabal Palm ceiling fan and couldn’t be happier. Having 10’ bedroom ceiling was a little bit of a challenge for one person installation. The all wood palm style fan blades matched our guest bedroom furniture tops and wooden floor perfectly. Only wished the fan was available in nickel but the brushed brass worked fine.

fan blade length, width, & quality

The blades are of a low quality material, the length of the blades are very short. I didn't measure because we never put it together after seeing the blades but I don't know how it would measure out to be a 52" fan.

Product arrived on time & with no damage. Directions were easy to follow and installed without any issues. . The blades are smaller & thinner than some of the other fans that I looked at. They still do a good job of circulating the air as needed. Would buy them again.

Adds a tropical vibe to my home!

I bought 4 of these fans to replace the mismatched fans in my recently bought home. What a difference! These are really beautiful and high quality. I'm happy with the purchase.

Love this fan. Bought it for the excellent pricing as well as I had it in my former house. Great quality. Beautiful wood. Has 3 settings. I had a dimmer switch put in to control the speed from the wall. Really serves as an accent piece in my office.

I (mostly) love this fan!! My husband thought I was crazy for getting this but the carved leaves are so pretty and definitely adds a touch of romance to the bedroom! The only issue with it is that it does cause a bit of a a strobe effect due to the uplight. Oh and also it is very dim. I love It anyway!

Beautiful

High quality throughout. Lamp shade is an opaque, rich cocoa beige. Brass fittings are well crafted. Installation was simple for our handyman. Very rich looking. Casts a soft light in our living room--nothing harsh. Three speeds give plenty of air movement throughout the seasons.

Always hard to tell by a picture what something REALLY looks like. But this fan was exactly as pictured. Easy to install too. Very quiet and moves a lot of air. Comes with fan AND light. Priced some at "box" stores and they had one price for the fan and then you had to pay extra for light kit as they called it. This was everything for one price. Very happy with the quality and ease of installation. Super quick delivery.

A Quiet and Powerful Beauty!

I just love this fan. I looked at others with leaf-shaped blades, but this one has the most intricately detailed carvings I've seen. Also, the fan is quiet, yet powerful. And I'm glad for the one bowl light fixture, instead of four small ones. It's easier to clean, plus there are no annoying noises that often eventually come with having four small ones. I chose this fan because its design goes very well with my sunroom's theme elements of plants, wood and jungle. You won't be disappointed.

The fan is very attractive and gives off a vintage vibe to the bedroom. I like that the size of it is neither too big or too small making for a "just right" classy look. Blades are wood and not plastic and that really makes a big difference in the look. I love the light kit, the bowl is really pretty and gives off a golden cast to the room, while also enhancing the brass finish!I also purchased their peacock vintage bedspread and the two look gorgeous together and look high end. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very upscale looking!

This gorgeous fan is very beautiful, with detailing galore! The light is soft, and the fan performs well in all speeds in both directions. Be aware that this fan does NOT have a remote control, although I had originally filtered my Search to only include those that did come so equipped. The specifications do not indicate a remote control, however, so that is my own oversight.

Nice fan, problems with lights

Fan works well. Lightbulbs burnt out quickly. When replaced, the fixtured buzzed loudly.The lightkit that was included with the fan was a different light kit than shown in the manual. Called manufacturer after trying several brands and style lightbulbs to ask what to buy. Bought and tried what they recommended and the light still buzzes loudly. It is not over the the recommended wattage. Manufacturer says they can't send a replacement light kit and to call an electrician- which would cost more than the fan.

downrod - only a 4" no thread in the box

it's beautiful and if very functional. Would buy it again. Just note there is only a 4" downrod in the box. If you have high ceilings, and want a 12" downrod you will have trouble getting one. We tried the manufacturer, we tried many websites as well as building materials store and the downrod with no thread on either end is not to be found. Just be prepared when installing, but the fan is marvelous.

Living room complete

This is a beautiful ceiling fan. I purchased the couch and lighting from overstock. It gives the room an amazing feeling and theme. It came with all of the parts needed for assembly. The only thing is I hired and electrician to put this up and it was worth it. It gives the room a vibe. The fan works great for the cool summer nights.
