FAN MAKES A TICKING SOUND IS THERE A WAY TO ADJUST THE BLADES OR MOTOR TO FIX

WHEN I TURN ON THE FAN IT MAKES A TICKING SOUND. NOT SURE IF THE FAN CAN BE ADJUSTED OR IF I NEED TO EXCHANGE IT. I JUST BOUGHT IT AND HAD IT INSTALLED

We love these fans! We purchased two for our family room. The natural palm branch blades are very pretty. They look very tropical. The blades are NOT plastic or wood on this fan. These fans are also well made.

This Fan is well made & lovely!

This is my favorite Fan. I have installed 6 in the last 2 homes we owned, now starting on #'s 7 & 8. Runs quietly, well made, and the low speed allows the air to move without being blown away. Right out of an old movie....BLADES ARE FRAGILE, so be extra care. Add a remote control and you will see how really nice these fans are. Buying the added light kit & hand painted glass shade again. It is very pretty and looks so good with this fan. I did Old Rubbed Bronze on most of them, but like the look with the antique brass this time.

Looks great, description is wrong

This fan looks great. But it is NOT 44" as 1StopLighting describes it; the Windpointe is 52" as clearly described in the specs page on Fanimation's web site. The description error on 1StopLighting's page required me to call them before buying to confirm the correct size of this fan and cust svc admitted the description was an error.

This fan is beautiful and quiet. Unfortunately it does not move air, which is the reason we bought a fan. We suspect the problem is the decorative, woven grass blades and think we might have fared better with regular plain ones.
