I bought 2 of these fans. They are very nice and go well with a “transitional” theme. I did have to order an additional 24” downrod for each of them as they are going on a cathedral ceiling in 2 bedrooms. I’m very pleased with how they look. The shipping was very secure.

Easy to install. The fan is significantly less bulky than the one it replaced. It has a minimalistic, modern look to it and would consider buying more for the rest of the house. The included remote is nice. My bedroom has plenty of lighting so I am not dependent on the led on this fan. I the led isn’t very bright, so if you need this as a primary light source you may want to look elsewhere.

Ill be honest- this is not the Minka Aire fan I originally wanted. I wanted the Twist because I felt it looked more modern, and thats the aesthetic I was going for in a newly renovated rental property. But these fans (I bought 2) were much more afforable. After I had them installed, I was so happy I didnt get caught up over the fact that they werent exactly what I wanted. They are beautiful, the light is SUPER bright (which I love), the fan blows a lot of air, and I would definitely buy it again. I cant recommend this fan more.

Was looking for a classic looking fan for our master bedroom with an integrated light. We are very happy with this selection. The fan is sturdy and the driftwood/grey blades were the perfect color. While the light is not super bright, it is sufficient. The fan seems to be be very well made and comes with a remote. My wife is quite pleased with this purchase.

Easy peasy

This about the tenth ceiling fan I've installed. The second in my current home. The last few have been Harbor Breeze. Let me say that this fan was by far the easiest to install. You can actually put the blades and not have to hold them in position. They hold up on their own with Minka's design. Works even better. Very quiet. Awesome job Minka. I'm sold.

Looks Great with bright light

Easy to install. Light is fairly bright for the size. Great coastal look. Doesn't give as much air as a 5 bladed fan but it looks great.

Better than expected

Only had it for one day but I love the look of it. The light seems to be very good, like that it is adjustable. Used Lowe’s Handyman services for the install and they were excellent!

Cool & sleek

The ceiling fan is very powerful sleek and looks . We are very happy with this purchase. The only reason why I didn’t get five stars, as my husband had a difficult time installing it as the mounting bracket for the fan was not given enough space and he had to use some ingenuity to make it fit.

Minka Aire ceiling fan

Great fan! Really moves a lot of air and the dimmable light provides a nice bright light! Love Lamps plus!! Have bought 5 fans, 6 light fixtures & 2 table lamps for our new house- their sale people and customer service are the best!!

Beautiful and effective!

Ready to install on both flat ceiling and slightly sloped one. Great air movement and we finally have light in our main bedroom!!! Love that it’s bright as well as dimmable. We were a little worried that there’d be enough output from such a small globe- no problem! Love the look. We are very happy with the two we bought!

Very quiet operation. Installation (by an electrician) was a little more involved than I expected. Comes with both wall plate switch options and remote options; can pair multiple remotes (one for each side of the bed!)

The fan is perfect EXCEPT for the fact that the blades look cheap to me. I guess I shouldn't expect real wood -- or even veneer -- but the printed vinyl covering doesn't have the look of quality that the rest of the fan has. I just hope that when it's installed, the "grain" on the blades won't be too noticeable from below. ALSO, I must have hunted through hundreds (thousands?) of on-line and catalog photos (at the largest supplier in metro Atlanta) looking for a fan with a brushed nickel look housing AND light/warm teak-look blades to complement my teak and palisander furniture. A fan like that apparently doesn't exist! I did not want very dark blades, and I had to end up accepting darker blades to get the brushed metal look, clean lines, and remote control features I wanted. My daughter was so frustrated with my search that she wanted me to design a fan and approach a manufacturer about producing it!

Sleek look

I very much loved the way the MinkaAire fan looks. It is a sleek, contemporary look. Very modern. I looked in many stores for this look but couldn’t find one at a decent price. When I did see one, they were much more expensive than this fan. Performs well. Not noisy. The light is nice because you don’t need to buy those expensive bulbs that don’t give much light and burn out with minimal use. No need to keep replacing those expensive bulbs like many fans have. The blades look nice. Color is nice. Very well made. I received it in a timely manner and it was packaged well.

Minka Aire fans are wonderful! Like our others, this one did not disappoint. Easy installation and solid operation - no wobbling or unpleasant noise. (My husband always comments on how great they are as he installs - unlike other commentary I've overheard when I've brought home ceiling fixtures from big box stores.. ) I love the white fans with white ceilings! Helps rooms appear larger, airier, more peaceful without those dark lines breaking up/intruding on your eyes' trip around the room.

I have ceiling fans throughout our home, and in every home prior. We love them. This fan, however, is a loser. It looks good in our master bedroom, but it hums and clicks at every speed. It was professionally installed, by the same handyman who has installed 5+ fans for me in the past, but despite all his expertise, this fan has never operated properly. A bad fan is a real problem. It can't be used, but is costly to replace (fixture + handyman). Now I have both problems. Sticking with Casablanca from here on out.
